This condo was exactly as listed. Our hosts responded to our questions quickly. Honestly, one of the best we have stayed in. There was an abundance of essentials for us, such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable condo if you are going to be in Nashville. We would definitely book again! TY Isabeau and Shaun!!

This was a great apartment. The decor, pool, etc felt very Nashville. You can’t beat being right next to so many recording studios, and the building is close enough to walk to many entertainment options, but far enough away to still be peaceful when it’s time to relax. I recommend this apartment!

Dorinda’s place is even better in person! We had a group of 6 girls and it was so perfect. The beds were comfy and the details of the decor is seriously amazing. The location is a safe area and we all felt comfortable walking to the strip even though the Ubers are very affordable. I would definitely recommend for a bachelorette or girls trip!

Perfect place!!! We had so much fun, we loved it all. Especially the vanity room, it had the most perfect lighting :) bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable and the outdoors made an awesome view!

Overall we had a great stay at this spot for our friend's bachelorette weekend. A perfect spot for that - so much fun decor for pictures and a great location! Less than 10 mins to broadway. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived, however Dorinda responded immediately and within 12 hours (the following day) a tech came to fix it. The remainder of the trip we had no issues with that! Another thing - we were glad we were in contact with a decoration company that was going in beforehand to decorate for our bride, because getting into the unit wasn't super clear. We had the correct address, but the spot is located in a condominium/apartment type location - and we did not know the section or unit number. Otherwise, our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Melanie was a great host. Very responsive and condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked with necessities and extras. And was a great location - easily walkable to Broadway.

We had an amazing girls’ trip to Nashville and this place was perfect! The home was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. It’s located in a safe area, just a short distance from downtown, but in a peaceful neighborhood which made it the best of both worlds. A few minutes walk away, we discovered a street with adorable shops and great restaurants. Our host was fantastic – very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Nashville!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

We would stay here again in a heart beat! The location was excellent with a quick walk to several restaurants and bars. We also could get a quick ride to Broadway as well. I loved the history of the building, and the guitar pool was an extra quirky bonus! The place was very nice and clean. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our quick trip to Nashville!

This place was exactly as pictured! The space was everything we needed and more. We had 6 girls staying here and there were plenty of towels for all, the kitchen was stocked with dishes. It was the perfect size for us so we weren’t all running into each other. The neighborhood was quiet and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway so we could relax at the end of every night. Highly recommend this place!

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

Dalton was a great host! His place was super adorable and close to everything you would want to do around Nashville! Definitely will book again for future trips!

Enjoyed our stay at Stacie’s place. It is well located, an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go and Stacie was a great host, quickly responded to questions. The area can be a little loud and we cooked a few times and the fire alarms went off due to their location in the kitchen but other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our girls getaway weekend! The location is ideal (close to everything) and the hosts took advantage of every inch of space. It is decorated with a fun retro ’70s style with a bonus of extremely comfortable beds and wonderful lounging area. The hosts answered our many questions promptly. Kudos to the hosts and we look forward to our next stay. seating in the den.

Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.
