Perfect spot for a family spring break getaway. An impeccably constructed and thoughtfully designed unit.

This house was amazing! We had a group of 14 girls for a bachelorette party and we had more than enough space, beds, and bathrooms for an extremely comfortable stay. Melissa is very responsive and easy to work with! The house was clean and fully stocked with supplies. We were a quick uber from Broadway and got everywhere needed with ease. I would absolutely recommend this property for any large group looking a clean updated home with a lot of space for a comfortable stay.

Me and my family enjoyed staying in Elle’s place where we had the full use of the lower floor which has its own deck facing the lake. All 3 bedrooms are pretty big and the living area was great to hang out with. The Place is very quiet.

Close to everything we did in Nashville. Airport is less than 10 minutes away, downtown is 10 minutes away, 12 South is less than 10 minutes away. The backyard is fantastic! Patio and porch are very enjoyable. Having two living/kitchen areas were real nice

It was a very comfortable stay for four friends, each with our own bedroom and en suite bath. We enjoyed the common area and beautiful kitchen. Great rooftop deck with sauna. Nice to be able to park in the garage. 10-12 minute drive to Broadway St. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this townhouse.

The house was very nice inside. Looks like the pictures. We used the hot tub nightly and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels, cute decor, loved the floor plan and Scarlett was responsive and flexible with our flight times for check out. Would stay here again!

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

We had a great time at the nash nest! The only issue we had was the plumbing but Bella was always responsive and sent immediate attention. We appreciate her as our host and would definitely recommend

Jonny’s place is incredible. It’s beautiful, has tons of space, and included everything you could think of. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, even in a thunderstorm. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for 7-10 adults. Would stay here again. Road is a little are to navigate at night, but property itself is excellent.

This was the perfect escape from our hectic schedules and city lives. The views were pristine, the atmosphere was calming, we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The spacious cabin had everything we should ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay that let us reunite friends and family from over a decade.

Had a great time! Would visit again.

The place is a lovely place to be with family

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

The cabin was wonderful!! The cabin was cozy and unique. The area was absolutely beautiful! It was a fantastic stay (just too short… wish we could stay longer).
