The Gulch, Nashville : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Brianna and her property were great during our stay in Nashville. She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and made our first experience on AirBNB great one. The location was perfect and nearby many spots we wanted to visit. We would recommend staying with Brianna.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We loved staying here! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! It was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back and hope to stay here again. If you want to have the best time in Nashville book this place!

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

We had a great overnight stay at Donna & Randy's! Their place was quiet and cozy with everything we needed and more. We especially loved the fireplace and heated bathroom floor. Lots of great, thoughtful touches. Thanks Donna & Randy!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Great time and excellent place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville, TN. Steven was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our experience booking and the duration of our stay! The guest home was well-stocked, comfortable and clean. The decor was super fun too! Our dog enjoyed the patio access when he just needed a quick trip outside. The neighbors were friendly and the area is very walkable. We went to Folk for dinner and the tavern next door for a little jazz to celebrate a successful work trip. We Would recommend this host and their home!

We were in Nashville for a softball game. The place was perfect for us. It was clean and comfy! A big backyard! The location seemed great. We didn’t get to go anywhere but to the game. Communication was great! I would definitely stay again.

Visited for a work with multiple people and it was spacious for all 5 adults, we all had. A room and shower. We will stay here on our next visit for sure.

This was a great airbnb. The location was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed for a single overnight stay in Nashville but would gladly stay here again at anytime!

DeYanna’s place was clean, peaceful and had plenty of amenities. She was a responsive and thoughtful host.

This is the perfect house for a small girl's trip. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home. The neighborhood is a little bit up and coming but it felt very safe, and the house and property are immaculate. Sadly, we didn't find the super cute part of East Nashville until the last night we were there. I wish we had found that earlier (we ordered dinner from Bartaco, and went to pick it up). It's quick and easy to get into Nashville. The dining and nightlife is fantastic. I would definitely stay there again. The house is beautiful and Kimberly is so nice and responsive.

Had a nice easy stay with Jennifer. Worked perfectly for our trip and accommodating for the pets we brought along.

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

Awesome location. Less than 15 min walk to Broadway but much quieter neighborhood. David gave very detailed directions and recommendations. The coffee and snacks provided were a pleasant treat. Very comfortable beds with nice pillows. Check out was easy without a lot of involved clean up rules for guests. It is worth noting that there is only one bathroom which is accessed through the one bedroom so if someone is sleeping in the living room, they will have to go through the other person's bedroom to use the bathroom. A small inconvenience for an otherwise fabulous stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Gleicy's place. It was very close (walkable) to lower broadway to enjoy music, restaurants, and local bars. Her place was clean and nicely furnished! We will certainly have it on our list for our frequent visits to Nashville!

Nice condo in downtown. Clean and comfortable beds. Short walk to downtown bars and restaurants.

Perfect location for a visit to Vanderbilt or Belmont. Easy walk to Hillsboro for shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds with extra blankets. Host very responsive and helpful. Great value!

Great location to downtown. Place was fabulous. Had an issue with check in but it was resolved. Would highly recommend!!

My first time in Nashville and this place was AMAZING. Even though there was much construction around this time. It was okay. Not far from broadway at all, but it’s better to take the scooter for $5 unless you want to walk the 25 min. Interior of the condominium was clean and all the extra helpful things around the place was great to have. Would definitely come back here the next time I do a trip like this to Nashville!

Space was great. Easy access to everything in Nashville. Dorinda was quick to respond to any time we reached out. Will stay again if we come back!!!
