Great stay! Would consider this place again if I am in Nashville.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

It was a last minute booking and Karla made the process easy. It was easily one of the best AirBNBs that I’ve stayed in. It’s very unique, clean, and cozy. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Brianna was an easy going yet responsive host. A nice spot that was easy to get around to various places. The balcony is a fun little spot to hang out at. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

We had a great stay! Everything we needed. We love that the location is close to downtown without being in the downtown mayhem—— perfect for walking to downtown!

Great location near Broadway, the Gulch, Zoo and other attractions. Lots of space, comfortable beds and furnishings and great view of the downtown skyline. It was easy to find with plenty of parking. Highly recommend this rental!

Ethan was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The house was very clean upon check in. The location of the house is great - about 10 mins away from broadway so it makes getting an uber/lyft easy. We had a great time!!

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

It looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. He is very responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations. Nothing but 5 stars across the board!!!

River view and wildlife were great!

Nice condo in downtown. Clean and comfortable beds. Short walk to downtown bars and restaurants.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Shaun was very responsive and proactive. Location can’t be beat - two blocks walk to Broadway. Parking was easy and convenient - not directly attached, but next door. The king bed and murphy bed were both very comfortable. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We wondered what to expect with noise, but it truly was not an issue for us. Monday and Tuesday nights were pretty quiet aside from the occasional garbage truck or other street noise. Wednesday night had more crowds out and about, but noise wasn’t an issue for sleeping. We loved our stay and definitely would look to stay in this same unit on future trips.

Maria’s place was what I wanted. A quiet and relaxing place to stay at, not to far from restaurants and downtown Nashville. The check in and check out procedure Maria provided were excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Nashville.
