We have stayed in numerous rentals and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture ( indoor as well as outdoor) and offered so many amenities I could not list. If you can think of it, Nick has probably supplied it! The setting of this home is in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with sidewalks. We enjoyed walking through the various streets each morning and checking out the neighborhoods. The backyard is a private oasis with lush landscaping, a private dock and a wonderful heated pool. We were in the pool everyday and even caught a few fish and blue crab off the dock! Nick was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating when we needed a few extra hours due to our later flight. We would definitely recommend Nicks place to anyone considering staying in the Fort Lauderdale area. After one stay, you’ll be like us, trying to find a way to return to Nicks Place!

Our stay at Casa Laura was wonderful. Lorena is a warm, caring and very responsive host who ensured that we had a good experience with great communication and personal touches. We felt right at home in Casa Laura; the home and the garden are lovely, comfortable and a peaceful retreat. Good WiFi and workspace too. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, yet close to all that Miami has to offer. We will definitely book Casa Laura again.

We stay in a lot of Airbnb's since we travel with our Golden Retriever. Most are "OK" a few so-so and once in a while you run into a GEM! This was one of those times. Lots of space - VERY clean - very dog friendly/not fussy decor. The fenced backyard and view of the pond was a big bonus! It was so relaxing to sit out in the morning and watch the ducks on the pond. House was convenient to restaurants and other services. We chose it for a day trip to the Everglades and it worked out perfectly. I would say the only drawback is the lack of first floor powder room, but I would book again if looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

Chris was an amazing host! I love the Little Haiti area and how close it is to the rest of miami for my friends and I. We were able to make music safely in the Airbnb without disturbing any neighbors. And actually became friends with a few of them too throughout the week! Next time we're all in town again, we'll definitely be booking Chris! He gives great recommendations too

Das Haus war wirklich schön, vorallem der Pool. Super Aufteilung und große Küche. Das einzige zur Optimierung, wäre wenn es mehr Stühle draußen geben würde und der Tisch repariert werden würde.

Communication was excellent. Very responsive. Very clean and well cared for property. Three bedrooms and three baths really worked for us - plus the ability to cook in the kitchen and on the outdoor grill. Highly recommend this property.

We had a beautiful stay at Miriam's place. We were a group of eight, and we each felt we had plenty of room for both time together and our own space. The property is just beautiful, we enjoyed nights of grilling my the pool and watching the sunset. We also loved the beach and pool toys that were available for use. The furniture is very tasteful, and Miriam was very communicative during our stay. We had a wonderful time!

My host was the best! My Airbnb was clean and plenty of space. I would recommend this home to my friends. I would definitely book this Airbnb again. Love It!

Reza's place was awesome! They even had some toys for our kids, even diapers and lotion. How nice :) The master bedroom tv wasn't working but the living room TV was great and modern, I was even able to connect my phone, and my Netflix ect... It's not the best neighborhood (not much to do ) but if you walk 10-15 mins you get to midtown and it's a really nice area. The apartment was really clean and well furnished, but the vacuum wasn't working so it was hard to keep it clean. The beds have nice clean sheets, but no comforters. It's hot in Miami but I like to sleep with a comforters and not just a sheet, you might want to ask for it if you're like me. Reza was super helpful and responding, I will book it again!

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

I didn’t have to contact Marco much as I had no issues. The place was quiet and peaceful. It was a good stay and had no issues with any aspect of the stay.

This stay was perfect for an overnight after a cruise! Close to downtown area/port of Miami. It’s an older building remodeled, reminded us of staying in a NY basement. Overall the place served our needs, some dust in the corners however other than that I didn’t notice anything “dirty”. For me a clean bathroom (shower especially) and a clean bed/bedroom is crucial and that was provided. The remodeling is nice and modern, loved the couch and the lamp… and the outside area so cute! Even though there are houses and a school around the bushes and trees lined along the fence give it a hideaway feel. Another great aspect of the place is 1 car space inside the gate and outside cameras. That made us feel safe given that we did experience a homeless person walking past the building. The area appears to be in the process of developing so keep that in mind. Lastly, the host’s communication and accommodation was outstanding. Fast responses, helpful recommendations, and they let us check in early.

Very nice place. Once you found the gate and matched it to the photos, it was very easy to find. Perfect for us to spend the night. In town for the Publix Half/Marathon. Very communicative and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home is cute, cozy, and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with a beautiful garden, made for a relaxing experience. The friendly dog was an absolute delight and added to the welcoming feel of the place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and serene stay!

Excellent place, the jacuzzi is one of the best pleasures of the place and the service is incredible, a place worth knowing.

Beautiful accommodations in the perfect location for us. We just wanted to be near the beach and restaurants and we certainly were. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a quick trip. The views were unbeatable and it was just what was needed for a weekend of relaxing. You can tell Alex has done some wonderful updates to the place in comparison to much of the rest of the property. Check-in was smooth and valet was relatively quick, even when busy. We had everything we needed while there. The bed is a little more firm than expected, but doesn’t deter you from having a fantastic stay. The privacy of the patio is also a major perk when the beach is crowded or you just don’t want to walk down to the sand. Overall, 10/10 stay.

Beautiful views Great communications and instructions from the host and property management. Overall highly recommend Great location Well equipped Note: the building would not let us use the pool or the spa on our last day and wasted 1 hour of time calling around on why our passes expired without solving it (pool is run by W hotel)

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, the beach was beautiful, and there were lots of great restaurants and stores within a half mile.

Great apartment right on the beach with newer kitchen. As a bonus small room with a crib and bunch of children books which our 4 year old enjoyed very much. Location of the condo is great as well, not too far away from hustle and bustle of south beach but good enough distance to be quiet. The only drawback is that the pool was cold, from my understanding it does have a heater but during our stay it wasn’t operational.
