Fernando was a wonderful host and the location couldn’t be beat!! Steps to all the shops and restaurants and also convenient for the beach. Highly recommend!

Christine’s place is in the perfect location. It’s a quick walk to the beach and only a few minutes drive to the downtown area. The space is open, airy, and filled with lots of natural light, which was great for our group. She was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Robert is a kind and gracious host. He left a bottle of wine with a charming note upon arrival. We had a few questions about the house and he was very prompt and helpful. The house is a sweet charming little cottage in Montauk on the steps from the beach at central air- it was perfect. We would definitely return in the future.

Staying at Gillian’s place was amazing! It was very peaceful and tranquil and not too far from Main Street where we could shop and eat. The barn is quaint and homey and sits beautifully on a lawn. We loved our stay and will be returning in the future!

Our stay here was perfect! Courtney is super responsive (and kind!!), the place is adorable, and it’s walking distance to the beach and the main town area. Made for a super convenient and chill stay in the best beach town there is!

The Central Hamptons Guesthouse was a wonderful stay - it's a great location and a really charming house. Michael was a very communicative host, and overall it was a seamless, easy, relaxing weekend.

Quiet, nice spot.

I grew up on Long Island and wanted to find a place to stay close to my friends, with my dog if possible. Liz's place was less than 5 minutes away from my friend's house and about 15 minutes away from where I used to live, so I'm very familiar with the location. Liz's Airbnb was perfect! From the location, to the space, to the little yard for my dog, and her complete flexibility and friendliness! I could honestly stay there for weeks if I could! It was so homey, clean, and welcoming! Most definitely 10/10!

Brain was lovely, gracious, completely available and responsive. The place is perfect. The location ideal. And every detail was tended to.

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie’s listing. When we first arrived, Carrie was still cleaning up so we were invited inside for a cup of wine. The airbnb had almost everything we needed (minus a microwave) and the property had super friendly chickens and every amenity needed for a stay-at-home vacation. Carrie was even kind enough to have us stay a little past check in to finish some work meetings. We appreciated everything and would recommend this to anyone coming to North Fork :)

Kate’s place was perfect—down a quiet and private road but close to everything Shelter Island has to offer. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with all the necessities. Kate was very responsive when needed but you also have privacy. Lovely stay—I hope to come again!

We had an amazing time: The place is wonderful! Clean and in a great location! Matt and Jake are outstanding hosts!! Super welcoming and helpful. They even invited us twice to sit at their dinner table with them and other house guests. Frankly we could not have asked for more and had an amazing time! We would come back any time and highly recommend this place!

Had the most gorgeous time at Christina and Felipe's guesthouse. It was so cozy and beyond everything that we wanted. I don't think that the photos did justice to how beautifully they've curated the space to feel at home + sprinkles of decor that makes you truly love the Hamptons and the vibe there. Thank you for such a great time. Cannot recommend them enough! If you are looking for a place to stay near SouthHampton or Hampton Bays, THIS is the place to be. What a lovely stay! :)

Marta & Pete were great hosts. Left helpful instructions and a list of places in the area. The Cottage was definitely a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We wish we could have tried some of their oysters, but look forward to going back during the beach season when they're probably plentiful.

Southampton is just expensive so value is hard to judge. The pool is amazing. The home is a mix of old and new, but very comfortable. Beach is about 1.5 miles away and town just a little less.

This cottage couldn’t be cuter! Perfect for 4 for a short stay. Spotless, breezy, well decorated, everything brand new, with thoughtful touches like candy jar with gummies and a wine fridge. Location is perfect for exploring the North Fork. John was super responsive and friendly.
