Les Hamptons : locations de vacances avec kayak

The perfect house and location. We were visiting with 4 adults, a toddler, an infant, and two small dogs. The house came with everything you could possibly need to handle children. I was expecting the high chair and pack play but came to find so much more. The sound machine and bumper system for the bed were a great addition. Baby gate for the second floor. Toys. They even had extra stuff for the dogs including treats. The house itself was very clean and comfy. The yard was amazing. If it were warmer weather we would've taken advantage of the water. I cannot praise the house and host enough. If we come back in the warmer months this will be the first place we look to book.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

Kate's place is an absolute gem! This was our first time to Shelter Island, and we loved the laid-back atmosphere. Kate's home has everything you need to have a relaxing weekend, from the amazing, heated pool to the kayaks on the beach, a 2-minute walk from the house! Having been in the hospitality business for over 25 years I tend to be super critical about cleanliness and amenities offered.....this house does not disappoint! We were a group of 10 attending a winery dinner and decided to stay for the weekend. We only left the house to attend the dinner, the rest of the time we stayed at the house, either in the pool, on the deck BBQing or inside chatting where there are two living rooms and a very well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable! We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again. :)

Petra’s house is in the most beautiful spot on a small lake and a stones throw from the beach. This was our second year there and we hope to be back. The house is stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable including great bath products, kitchen, equipment, and toys and books. I never felt uncomfortable in her house. This was a wonderful family week in heaven.

I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!

Frank went out of his way to resolve an unpredictable issue caused by harsh weather, including driving hours in the middle of the night to assist. The house is beautiful and the place very peaceful.

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

Lynn was a great host. She was always very responsive and provided proactive and clear instructions. She provided us a gift basket with a personalized note for our family. The place is exactly as described. The weather was rainy on some days, but she also had games available, which was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a perfect location on Fire Island and a classic island house with lots of character, fun decor and all the supplies we needed for a great week with the family. As a host, Tim is flexible, friendly and thoughtful. If you are traveling with small children, it is totally unnecessary to bring any toys or books, as there is a great selection at the house and Tim made the extra effort to drop of extra ones he thought we would enjoy. I hope to stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The home was so clean and Denise even left us a baby gate for our 1 year old. Denise was very responsive and provided great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. There is a private beach across the street but we walked about .25 miles down the street to the Silver Sands State Park beach so that our 1 year old could play in more shallow water before high tide. We would highly recommend and will be back!

We lived our stay at Carey’s place and plan to come back next year. Amazing location if you want to relax and take a few days away from the city. The house is very cozy and comfortable with a great backyard facing the water. Thanks Carey!!

Returning guest, we had a wonderful weekend at Michelle's idyllic home. Plenty of space for our two families and 3 kids. The kids love having their own space in the "she shed" while the adults enjoy the lakeside views from both the yard and inside the spacious living area. The house is always immaculately clean. Beds and other furnishings are comfortable, and the house is an easy drive to everything the North Fork has to offer. We look forward to returning (again!) soon.

The house was so peaceful and quiet. The deer were just walking around and calming to watch! The backyard is better than the pictures and would stay there again! My only issue was with the lack of privacy in the house. The doors are similar to shutters to allow airflow, but you could here everyone in all the rooms. Not a huge deal unless you have loud kids!
