We had a fantastic stay at Richard’s Place in Chatswood! He greeted us downstairs and personally welcomed us to the property. As a group of four adults and a 2-year-old baby, we appreciated Richard's great advice on where to eat nearby. His house was perfectly kept and had all the amenities we required, including coffee and tea. It was a great place that exceeded our expectations, just as all the other reviews mentioned. We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl’s apartment, it was perfect for our group traveling with our elderly father and young daughter - the spacious apartment made it really easy, and we really appreciated having private secure parking. Cheryl was incredibly accommodating of all our requests and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The area was quiet but well located to explore all the different areas of the city by car, with some great local shops walking distance for groceries, coffee etc. We would highly recommend this accommodation and feel very fortunate to have stayed here, thank you Cheryl!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Marrickville, Sydney! Luke was proactive, friendly, and provided very clear check-in and check-out instructions, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. We fell in love with the apartment the moment we walked in—it was spotless, beautifully set up, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It felt incredibly cozy and welcoming, and the views of the sunrise and sunset were just stunning. The location is also fantastic. A lovely park is just a 5-minute walk away, and Marrickville Shopping Centre—with two supermarkets—is only a 10-minute stroll. Parking was never an issue, with plenty of free spots available all day. This is hands down the best apartment we've stayed in so far, and we’ll definitely be booking it again on our next visit to Sydney. Highly recommended—10/10!

Great convenient place to stay. We were at Urbn Surf for the weekend and could walk there. Great Korean BBQ restaurant close by too. Steven met us late in the evening to check us in which was very much appreciated.

Lovely apartment. Very clean and Max who runs the place is always happy to help and answer any questions you have. Apartment has everything you need and is a great location very close to St Peter’s train station and Sydney park. Obviously it would have been perfect if the pool was open but that’s no fault of the host.

The transportation was very convenient, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Grocery shopping was a breeze, and the host, Gavin, was extremely responsive. I would definitely visit again!

Lovely apartment, clean and well presented. Great amenities with pool and gym. There is a great Japanese restaurant there, and short walk to Macquarie centre. Finding the parking spot in the garage was confusing, even though Ernest gave complex instructions. Ernest was very responsive and nice to deal with.

We (my partner and I) stayed in Malcolm's place for a few weeks and felt right at home! The appartment is fully equipped and stocked, so you have everything you need and more. Malcolm himself is super friendly, helpful and responsive! The building is great and has an amazing indoor and outdoor pool as well as a well equipped gym. We loved our stay there!

Very peaceful place

We had a good stay. The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Check in was smooth and Sophia was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is certainly a haven for Cat Lovers. Evie and Archie are gorgeous and very much a part of a stay with Melinda. We booked late the day before arrival and Melinda was quick to answer. Thank you!! During our whole stay Melinda was giving and attentive to what we might need. It felt much like being with a good aunt. The room is great and with aircon. The balconies are terrific and the inner garden is dreamlike. The train to the city centre is only 5 minutes away. Thank you for this wonderful base for our stay in Sydney. Ps. Damn good coffee!!!

Place was great! So accessible and in the middle of everything you need to get to. There’s a walkway to Macquarie Centre which I thought was super convenient. Host was responsive and helpful.

Great appartment, well appointed with comfortable beds, quality furnishings, everything well stocked. the views are beautiful from the spacious balcony. Thomas was a great host very responsive and accomodating with early check in. Great stay.

두 아이와 함께 머무르기 너무 편했습니다. 긴 시간 머무르는지라 필요한 물품에 대해서 말하면 즉각적으로 해결해주었습니다. 모든 편의 시설(슈퍼, 음식점 등)이 2-3분 내에 있어서 편리했어요. 채스우드에서 가장 가성비있는 곳이 아니었나 싶습니다. 고마워요.^^

Perfectly located for events at Olympic Stadium & convenient walking distance to the Kissing Point Ferry wharf. We were pleasantly astonished when we first arrived, that we had the entire upstairs & entry foyer to a large house. The host is super friendly, very prompt & responsive, and super thoughtful & generous supplying some basic snacks. This airBNB is spotless & we felt entirely safe, comfortable & very fond of this home-away-from-home, and our experience with the host. With many years of previous airBNB experiences, I highly recommend this stay!

lovely person and great place for us to stay

Place was amazing and spotless. Train is easily walkable (about 1km) or you can take the bus depending on the time of day. Bathroom is out of this world — bed is massive and very comfortable. Only things I would mention is kitchen isn’t perfectly stocked (assuming people may have taken a few things because it looks like such a fun place to cook) and maybe a few more pillows on the bed? Weather was very nice, view from Balcony is peaceful and the place is stunning from the moment you walk in the door.

Great home for short stays and a small group. I hosted a small dinner and the home was perfect as it had a nice and open central space and plenty of cosy bedrooms. Very easy to check-in and felt right at home. Cleaned at maintained very thoroughly.
