This place was perfect for my family!! The pool and closeness to the beach were perfect for my 2 year old toddler and 9 month old baby!! Inside the house was very clean and comfortable! The host was very kind and organized which made it very easy for my family as we traveled with 2 little ones! Definitely would come back to this rental!!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Was very clean, could use a few upgrades. They didn’t have any extra fans like it said which would help with the heat and outside noise to sleep at night. Overall it was a great location and it was clean on the inside. I do wish they would have a better lock to the upstairs door.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s house on longboat key! The pool was so nice for the kids and us adults to swim and relax by. The house was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets, and the kitchen was very well stocked with pot and pans. We did find it easier to drive closer to the crosswalk to the beach and park before walking across the street to get to the beach access. The beach was very quiet and beautiful. We found so many shells and our kids loved doing evening swims at sunset! It’s a very quick drive to Anna Maria Island and St Armand’s Circle. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was so cute! Clean, neat, bright, fresh, everything we needed. Great location. Debbie was always very responsive to any questions we had. Literally answered any messages within minutes. The only issue with the house is that the bedroom and kitchen are a step down from the the level of the rest of the house. I almost fell during the night going to the kitchen since it is a step down from the dining room next to it, and I missed the step. We would have liked the TV's to be a little bigger. Other than that, the house it great. The only reason for my rating on the cost is that there were only two of us (even though the house can hold 9) so the price was a little steep per person.

Great location on the bay with a quick walk to the beach. House is very spacious and comfortable. We loved everything about it. The host, Kathy, was very responsive and made the whole process easy. Can’t wait to come back

We really enjoyed the place. It has had some recent renovations it looked like. It had most everything you need to get through a week. Basic amenities. Had your basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Don't expect a fully stocked kitchen. We made do with what was there, we cooked basic meals and it was fine. Limited amount of towels, which i addressed with the owner, and he was very receptive. Im sure that will be corrected. Everything worked as intended(air conditioning worked great, washer,dryer,stove,dishwasher,microwave,coffee pot). The house was clean. The cleaners could've spent more time on the floors. All in all, its a nice place and worked well for my family. It's not perfect by any means, but its definitely not a dump. Andrew stayed in contact with me throughout the week, we didn't have any issues worthy of him having to take action on. Seems like a really nice guy. Thanks Andrew for letting us stay in your home for the week.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The pros were being able to walk to the beach through private gate access, anything we needed for the beach was provided including toys for kids, home had all the necessities, and the kids enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the beach. A few cons would be because there is a lot of construction going on down this road (including the bottom units) we could hear work trucks in the mornings which disrupted any plans to sleep in, the bed in the primary room also had dips in it, and one of two dryers on-site did not work so when we started 2 different wash loads we had to wait for one load to finish before drying the other (not a huge deal but it was unexpected, could also cause an issue if there were other units trying to wash/dry at the same time). Overall the place is as described and our family was comfortable. I’d recommend this place to others.

Fantastic stay at a perfect house on Siesta Key. House was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing, right over the road from a few bars and restaurants (no issue with noise which I had thought might be a problem) and a 7Eleven which was super convenient. The unbelievably beautiful beach was just 5 mins walk away with the softest, whitest sand I’ve ever seen in my life! Information sent from John the host was proactive, easy to understand and accurate. He was very fast to respond to messages. We loved it here, are missing it already and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

The place was very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Carrick fixed one of our problems pretty immediately. And always responded to my messages. It’s a great location for the Sarasota siesta key area even though it’s not on the beach. The pool was very nice and for the cooler weather it was fairly warm. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This place was everything we wanted and more! The house felt like home as it was very clean and welcoming. We just felt like we were at home during our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice with easy access to anything you would want or need. The private pool and hot tub were great, we used it everyday, and the landscape made you feel like you were in your own paradise. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in this area. Also, Bojan was super responsive for any questions that we had during our stay. He is a great host.

I cannot say enough great things about the hosts and this place. It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Love the patio with lights and a ceiling fan....the beds are comfortable...the kitchen has everything you need. We utilized the washer and dryer a ton and loved the beach wagon and cooler to use for our convenience. These hosts are top notch....I wish I could given them TEN starts. We will be back.......

This place is PERFECT for a family with younger children (ours are 2 & 5). We were visiting grandma and grandpa and it had a great setup for having them visit during the day to hang and swim. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Host also provided everything we needed for a beach day. The home is decorated with a beach/mermaid theme (our daughter was in love) and bedrooms were very cozy. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

We had an exceptional stay here for the weekend. Tyka was very helpful and everything was provided. Place was clean, private, and very peaceful. This is not a party spot this is a great couples or family retreat. Minutes to anything you need and easily accessible with uber/lyft. Pool was great and kitchen had everything we needed. Will def consider this place in the future!

This is a very beautiful home. Great for a family or multiple couples. Several separate spaces to watch TV or to have a private place to read. The pool area was beautiful. Wish it would have been warmer but not everything can be perfect. Does have white furniture so make sure people are careful and eat and drink in kitchen. Overall just lovely!!!

Brian’s Superhost status is 100% accurate- he was great! The house was clean, easy to navigate and Brian was super responsive and gracious. The pool area is divine and the screened in porch overlooking the backyard was a great place to curl up with a book. We were within minutes of groceries, restaurants and shopping but the street was not busy or noisy. Definitely plan to stay again!!

This home is clean, modern, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable walking in the neighborhood. The kitchen did not have an oven no problem for us we worked around it. This home is in a great location to take day trips, shopping, restaurants, and several beautiful beaches. The pool was a perfect size and well maintained, the water sparkled. Exactly what we had hoped for.

This was a great place to stay! A convenient, short walk to the beach. It’s also close to a trolley stop if you want to go to the southern part of the island. We had an issue and I messaged Curt about an issue and he got back to me in a very timely manner. I would stay at this place again!

Wow! We enjoyed our stay in Andreina's home! The house was beautiful! It was clean and smelled wonderful. We did not see one bug our entire stay. The decorations and furniture were very beachy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Andreina provided body wash and shampoo. The backyard was amazing! There were beautiful palm trees and flowering plants. We enjoyed walking around the pathways to the pretty waterview. The natural setting was relaxing. We saw birds, geckos and rabbits. There were many options for sitting comfortably in lounge chairs, at tables, a swing or by the fire pit. Our routine was to have our morning coffee in the yard and benefit from the peaceful environment. We enjoyed watching the sunset on Manasota Beach which was a 5 minute drive away. Andreina was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend renting this home away from home if you are in the area. It was a lucky find and we hope to stay there again.

Great curb appeal. Really nice pool and palm shaded area with furniture and gas grill. Lots and lots and lots of bikes, beach equipment and beach towels. Inside was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Venice is cool. We loved the historic and shopping area. Good restaurants. The only negative is the inside needs some TLC to bring it up to pristine again.
