Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

Great stay with the family at Aimee and Paul’s. Such a great location. So close to the beach and an easy short walk into Bournemouth. The house had everything we needed for adults, kids and dogs alike!

We have a local beach hut and are familiar with Lutrell’s Tower at Eaglehurst ; it was wonderful to stay there and experience the superb views and the renovated cottage at Seaview. It felt like special access to local history dating back to the 17th Century and the smugglers across the Solent. The facilities at Seaview are excellent. Walking into the huge walled garden, and then along the beach were highlights.

A warm cozy place perfectly located on a secluded street right next to the beach. Can’t stress enough how perfect the location was. Very clean and everything in perfectly working order, plus the most gracious host. A well deserved five star place.

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

Roxanne was completely responsive to our late booking, providing all necessary information quickly and in great detail. The caravan was peaceful and in a great location of Southsea, in walking distance from the attractions but far enough away to not hear it. It had everything we needed and Roxanne has put a lot of effort into making it cosy and homely. We particularly liked the comfy beds. Thank you.

Beautiful accommodation! We absolutely loved our stay at Admirals Watch. Perfect location with lots of dog friendly places to eat and drink in walking distance. The flat itself was amazing. Every room looked fantastic, it has everything you need for a long weekend (or extended) stay and it was such a nice relaxing place, we didn’t want to leave! To top it all off the hosts very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some lovely biscuits as well as plenty of coffee, teabags and milk. I would definitely book this again and highly recommend. Wow! What a beautiful house, located directly on the seafront. Everything as listed and more! and so beautifully presented. Super communicative host offering great advice and answering any pre stay queries quickly. Easy to get to, simple check in procedure and ample parking on site. We couldn’t fault it. We walked the length of the beach stopping in the various cafes, and public houses for lunches and snacks. All highly recommended. Fabulous pub next door which is great if you don’t fancy cooking but everything was provided in the kitchen too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We had a great time staying at Hoburne Naish. Great location, with plenty to do in the local area. The lodge was really clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Had a lovely break at Sandhills. The caravan was in a perfect spot with all the home from home comforts. Gareth and Marie were very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The park and surrounding area is very dog friendly and our dog loved her early morning walks on the beach.

Me and my family came for early Mother’s Day get away and couldn’t ask for a better peaceful place than this. The caravan was spotless and felt like home. Very warm and cosy! Carly had so many recommendations for us and everything she said was easy to find. She kindly left us Prosecco in the fridge so that was a bonus to start our weekend haha. Such a nice peaceful and quiet getaway. Honestly 5 stars for everything. A big thank you to Carly 😁

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

As soon as we walked into the lodge we felt at home. It was far better prepared than another lodge we have used on that site. (Not Mud Huts) We booked another stay for September when we arrived home.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

'...when can we come back' ...our daughters final comment as we locked the door after a wonderful few days in the sun A costal bolt hole with the character you wish for, understated, relaxed & considered. The small touches of crisps & biscuits on arrival, heating on and gentle music setting a calm atmosphere as you enter, make this a spot to return to another time. Located on a tidal creek, there is always something to see, an ever changing tide swamps the mud flats & lifts your spirits as it does the house , feet dangling into Solent seawater from the deck, an array of wildfowl to watch, its all good here. The highlight, if your a small person (our daughter is 6) is awakening to the sound of squelching feet trudging through the mud at low tide, up to the house for breakfast, 'swans daddy' their daily ritual of knowing where breakfast is best served, is a wonderful addition to the ambiance of this little spot on the sea. David was fast with his messaging & accommodating to our needs.

A cute little house straight onto the beach. Had everything we needed for our two night stay including kids toys, books, plates, cups etc. The boys loved the bunk bed. Carl was a great host and kept us updated with information needed for our stay. Even though it was wet and windy outside, we were cosy inside and already spoken about coming back in the spring/summer. Thanks Carl.

James’s place was absolutely perfect for our mixed family holiday with 7 kids! The house was spacious, clean and with the most beautiful views over Seaview beach. The garden was a massive plus for us, stunningly beautiful with fun swings for the children. Direct access on to the beach was fabulous and we just had the best time. Thank you James for sharing your beautiful house with us.

This is such a great place I almost don’t want to write such a glowing review as it means we’ll end up with less dates to choose from for our return visit 🤣. Such a beautiful house, the photos don’t do it justice and Kate and Jonathan were wonderful hosts. The beach is right on your doorstep, it was perfect for morning walks with the dog, and lazy afternoons watching the sea merge into the sky from the patio seating.

Kate was a fantastc host from start to finish. She responded quickly to any questions asked and sent clear instructions regarding access to the property prior to our visit. She was also very quick to respond when we contacted her about something we were unable to locate upon arrival. This was sorted quickly and efficiently. The property was incredibly well equiped and very comfortable and spacious. It was also lovely and peaceful with a view of the sea. We were a family group of 8 our ages ranging from 7 months to mid 60's. This property worked well for all of us and we had the most amazing stay there. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would like to thank Kate and her team for making sure we had everything we needed.

overall this was a great stay and really beautiful location. we would definitely book again. The walk from the car park is a fairly long walk but a nice walk. Because the hut is facing the sea we walked down the sand which was a bit of a challenge as we had a pulley trolley and we then found we could walk down the harbour side and then cut across (much easier as it has a path 😀). The hut it's self was cosy and overall clean. The only things I would say could make the experience better is to make sure the cookware is clean as we had to wash the oven dishes before using as they were extremely greasy and one of them definitely hadn't been washed since last use. There were no candles (that we could find) to use at night time as per description. we only found one and the ones that were out already were all used up. the description also said there was a freezer compartment but it was just a fridge (and we had bought a little food that needed the freeze). Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Beach Hut, it was so cosy and quiet and has everything that you need. The location couldn’t be beaten, it was moments from a beautiful shingle beach and at the end of the road was Pagham Harbour, a nature reserve with lovely walks and beautiful sunsets. It’s so close to the Witterings and so many other places to explore. You know it’s that good when you check your diary to see when you can return before you have already left. High recommended.
