Rachel and Jay were really lovely hosts. They made me feel at home straight away and were really helpful, giving me recommendations for what to do on the island. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I hired a bike and cycled around the island, which was lovely and the shop was super close to Rachel and Jay's house. I am definitely going to return 😊

We were walking the Clarendon Way, which passes right in front of Patsy’s place - so it was a perfect place for us to stop and rest before the second half of our walk. The room was spacious with a lovely little balcony. A variety of breakfast bits were available in the room and a couple of cold ones in the fridge which was much appreciated after 17 miles on foot! The bed was super soft, like a feathery cloud. Patsy and her family were really friendly and welcoming - would totally recommend!

Liz and Max were really helpful and the room was just what I was expecting. Clean room and bathroom. Great value, will definitely stay again.

Marian And Terry are wonderful friendly hosts , keeping their home spotless but homely and front door parking Continental Breakfast was a great touch , as was the tea/coffee in my room . Easy 15 minutes walk to Seafront and pier down through the gardens or less than 20 minutes walk the town centre with lots of shops . 2 mile walk into Bournemouth from Boscombe but there was regular buses that I could see . A very lovely weekend Away for me time. Would recommend them to anyone just needing a few nights break 😊

This was a great stay for us as a last minute booking for one night. Great beds. Everyone slept well. Shower in every room was convenient. Cooked breakfast was great! Helen also went the extra mile providing an iron and printing something off for me. Highly recommended!!

Having stayed over New Year the location and property were both lovely. Sarah and David were always responsive, helpful and very accommodating whilst at the same time being unobtrusive. We had some wonderful walks which were helped by all the information provided within the cottage. I would highly recommend and am so pleased we chose this location and property to start 2025. Thank you Sarah and David.

Mel was always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that. The house was cozy with pretty decorations, there were lots of encouraging positive "pictures" about life. I dare say a luxurious shower. It was also very nice that I was offered cereal with milk for breakfast. I took advantage of that and it was delicious. I am grateful for this accommodation!

Holly’s coach house was warm & welcoming . We had clear instructions regarding the check in & helpful information on local pubs and places to visit. We especially loved the Hare & Hounds in nearby Stoughton. The location is perfect for Kingley Vale, South Downs & the South Coast . We especially enjoyed walking to Bow Hill straight from the door . We also loved West Wittering beach which was a short drive away. East Marden is a beautiful small village with a lovely church & a thatched village well across the road to the coach house. Holly kindly provided some lovely extra treats in addition to the Continental breakfast . Thank you 🙏. We would love to return as we have family nearby.

Lyfield Barn is a gem of a spot in Hampshire. It is immaculately decorated, super clean and Juliet is a wonderful host. She shared recommendations for food and things to do. We will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. Pam was so lovely. Apartment very clean, lots of information on walks. Welcome pack with wine and treats for our dogs very much appreciated. Great location for walks with the dogs. Wound very much recommend staying here. Will defiantly be back! Thank you Pam.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

Alfred was a wonderful host, incredibly accommodating to us which was much appreciated as we travelled as a family of four for the first time, with a new baby and toddler in tow. The air bnb was great value and had everything we need. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

We had a lovely few days at Eileen’s place. The apartment is large and well decorated, perfect for a family or group of friends. The bedrooms are all of a comfortable size and have great views of the sea. The living room is spacious and good for gathering. Eileen left some food and drink for us in the kitchen when we arrived which was great after a long trip. It was easy to get into the flat when we arrived, there are a couple flights of stairs. Car parking is directly outside the flat. Eileen was really communicative and helpful with any questions we had before and during our visit. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ventnor.

We traveled from the U.S. and visited Portsmouth for two days before beginning a group tour of the British Isles. Since we would be staying in hotels for the tour, we thought a local AirBnb would be nice. John and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront and colorful South Parade Pier, and a short bus ride to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, our primary destination. John stayed in touch beforehand to make sure we didn’t get lost, and once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, eggs, milk and lemon cake waiting for us. A warm welcome for weary travelers!

This was my second stay of 4 weeks, after a previous one last September. It's still comfortable and peaceful. Jane is always friendly and helpful.

Outstanding! Julia and Steve’s hospitality was incredible and we couldn’t have felt more at home in their beautiful house. The breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal to explore the area and get to some great pubs. Would love to come back at some point!

Jane's place is wonderful. We were lucky enough to be there on a warm sunny day, so we were able to take advantage of the lovely garden. I suspect without that we would have felt a little cramped, but all that is clear from the Airbnb description. And it's worth it to be a little cramped for the sake of being so nicely tucked within the Cathedral Close. We will be back!

Great stay in a private and cosy room. Beautiful surroundings and easy to access a lot of great places in the New Forest!

Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

Fantastic property, just what we needed for the month. Clean and tidy, property very warm which was a godsend when you have ben outside all day. I would definitely come back again.

Terry and Amanda’s place was perfect for a short break in the New Forest. They catered for us well, including getting gluten free items for my partner. Good value for money.

Fabulous location to shops, restaurants and of course the cathedral and museums. Parking in town in town centre is a plus. Very friendly host and cute dog, Daisy.
