Fabulous location and the perfect spot to explore west wittering. The house was clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the views and beach access

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

a really well appointed, clean property in a very peaceful and quiet setting, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach. also just a short walk to a couple of great coffee shops and local Co-Op. if you want a bungalow in such a setting and easy drives to many other lovely areas along the coast and inland, then we would recommend this property!

We had a lovely time celebrating the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025. The BNB was very private which was lovely and the surrounding views were gorgeous. There was good access to some lovely beaches near by as well as a small town which was a short drive away with shops to get everything you might need.

We had a lovely little stay at Grant’s. It was very cosy, very clean and the extra touch of milk and snacks was super handy and thoughtful. The location is great too. There is a park very close by which my kids loved. The beach is a short walk too. There was a halal restaurant (Jaffran) 7 mins drive, they also do delivery if you can pay by cash. Tesco is also close by. We only stayed 2 nights and that wasn’t really enough to fully explore the area and really enjoy it. I’d recommend staying longer if you have kids. Overall, lovely little place, friendly host and great area.

We enjoyed being so close to the sea, with easy access to so many activities. We had a lovely walk to Priory Bay, trips to Bembridge (ate at the Beach Hut) as well as Ventnor Gardens and Osborne House. We wished we could have stayed longer than just a few days. Laura's place was cosy, quiet and comfortable. She communicated clearly and was on hand to help.

This was a great relaxing spot. The views were stunning and it was easily walkable (although be aware steeply uphill since the boardwalk was being fixed) to lots of great restaurants. Easily drivable to lots of interesting spots within 20-30 minutes. A great spot to relax and unwind.

Great location in Mudeford close to beach and walks,near to transport links to get around the region.Very quiet local area.Bungalow was spacious,clean and very well equipped.Garden was lovely,enclosed and safe for dogs, a great place to be.Mudhuts support was proactive and responsive.We had a great 4 days and would book again!

The property was very well presented, clean and well equipped. Lesley was a fantastic hostess, very responsive and a good communicator. There are plenty of walks within a 20 minute drive and supermarkets nearby. The garden is totally secure and our dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay. The best compliment we can give is to say that we have no hesitation in returning for another stay.

Laura was great! So responsive and clear answers! Her place was just lovely! We stayed there as a family of three and it felt like a home away from home! The location is perfect too, it is only a 5 minute drive away from the floating bridge and another 2 minutes from the ferry port. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the island as it’s a really good base, the high street is about a 2 minute walk and there are two supermarkets very close by! Fantastic stay! What a beautiful home & glad we were able to accommodate for a birthday party with great access to the house & for guests to enjoy the tranquility. The best was the lounge room & cosy homely feel! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves to the max! Thank you

Lovely Airbnb in a lovely village right on the coastal path. Nice private garden . Private parking space. When we arrived we found a home made cake, wine, bacon, eggs, milk, yoghurt and butter which was a lovely surprise. Cottage was very well equipped. Rooms all a good size. We loved the location of Niton on the south side of the Island. Tim (and dog Scooby) were very friendly and even joined us for drinks one night.

Lovely bungalow. Photos did not do it justice. Spotless, clean and well appointed Excellent patio area/ balcony, sun trap. Very quiet residential area but within short distance of Southampton centre. Nice country pub down the road “The 4 horseshoes “. Would highly recommend this accommodation .

Stayed at Robs place for Peppa Pig World, it was quiet, comfortable, easy to find and absolutely spotless. The little extras made life so much easier like teabags and coffee in the cupboards and plenty of cleaning stuff under the sink. Decent shop and Indian down the road to. Thoroughly recommended

A perfect cottage for our family (four adults and dog) Christmas on a quiet private country estate in the middle of the New Forest - easy access to Brockenhurst (walking) and Lyndhurst (by car). The rooms were larger than we expected, everything was clean and well-presented, and we were pleasantly surprised by the tasteful Christmas decorations, bottle of wine and mince pies; the log fire was a bonus. Highly recommended!
