Nice place in a great location. A bit dated, but everything was as advertised. We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. No elevators, so you do have to carry your luggage up to the room. Had an issue with the ice-maker in the fridge and the staff were prompt in responding, although it was not rectified during our stay...not a big deal...we just bought a bag of ice. Very comfy bed and a large bathroom with a large tub and shower. If we were to return to Orlando, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! All we could ask for in terms of amenities and things to do! Close to Disney parks and lots of restaurants!

Brooke called before check in and explained everything perfectly. We knew what to expect and that certainly helped make everything less stressful. Easily walked to several restaurants from our room. Cool little diner at the resort.

I am an owner at Grande Villa's II . The room was really nice and they checked on us everyday to see if we needed towels, soap etc. Really nice. Upgrades were really nice

The location was nice right by the pool! Loved that it was on the first floor and it was perfect for our stay. Good location with tons of restaurants around and plenty to do on site. Would definitely stay again!

Eddie was great with responding before, and after I booked. The resort was really nice with lots to do and great environment! Short ride/drive to Disney/Universal parks very conveniently located. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We have stayed at dozens of short term rentals over the last five years, by far this was the best in every way. Literally, perfectly clean with every need met. Excellent starter supplies, lovely linens, and a mattress that was so comfortable even my hip bursitis didn't hurt. Staci and her husband Paul were friendly but not intrusive and answered every communication almost immediately. The unit is within a Hawthorne Suites hotel which is unusual, but worked great. The hotel had a safe and shaded parking lot, brand new laundry appliances, and all public areas were kept clean and updated. We loved it and will be back for another month in the fall. We whole heartily recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place! Everything was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail made my visit even more enjoyable. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

This was a last minute trip for us and it was perfect for what we needed. Only about 15 ride to Crystal River and all of the attractions. The condo was very comfortable and the location was very quiet. We would return.

This property was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The instructions for check in were very clear and the host was friendly and responsive. We are a family of 5 and it was just right for us. We would stay again. Thank you!

Die Kommunikation war knapp und zielgerichtet. Check in and out problemlos. Wohnung wie angepriesen, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Ich würde dort wider mieten.

Is exactly what we thought it would be. good facility, close to parks, free shuttle service option and free parking. Hotel was quiet hosts were very quick to reply. Great experience.

Shpresa was great she really helped me out. Her unit was nice for time I had to stay…she was very responsive. Son left his sneakers rushing to get back to the hospital she reached out and I was able to get the sneakers…when I come back to Florida if unit is available I would reserve again

The accommodation was as described and according to the pictures. I always spoke with Angel who was very helpful and kind. I recommend it.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

We had the best time ! Lisa was the absolute best host you could ask for ! We started our trip booking elsewhere and our host Anastasia canceled our reservation the day before we arrived and left us stranded ! Lisa went above and beyond to get us in last minute , our place was gorgeous , she went above and beyond for us and made our vacation amazing ! I will book with her again and highly recommend her!

Nice clean place, bring your own shower supplies (the ones they offer aren’t that good) Hard to access the closet space to put suits because the table is a little squished. Also if you’re a type of person that needs total darkness, I recommend bringing a shirt to cover the microwave light. The bed is really comfortable, and everything was up to par
