A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

Fantastic place lots of room for my brother and I and our families including 3 small children. The place was super child friendly. There was plenty of floor space for pack-n-plays as well as my daughter’s blackout tent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were clean and great with toddlers. Our only unexpected surprise was the airport noise from planes taking off flying over. This caused minor issues during bedtime due to it continuing to distract the toddlers. But once they noise machines were on all was good. We would use the place again. Silvia was a fantastic host and we enjoyed making use of her home for a one night stay.

I was with my daughter visiting Fordham University, We felt very safe during our stay and it was close enough to walk public Transportation. To bad the weather was chilly I wish we would be able to take advantage of the lovely back yard..

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Paul is an excellent host! He’s always very communicative. I’ve stayed at two of his properties and both have been great stays. I enjoyed the space and it was perfect for my work trip. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Would stay again. Thank you Paul!

We loved our stay in this eclectic, intentionally curated home. There was a different bed firmness in each room so there’s something for everyone. Water pressure in the 2nd floor shower was to die for. I imagine staying in this home in the warmer weather would be amazing because of all the opportunities to spend time on a patio or balcony. There’s an epically filled basket of spices, oil and any other basic cooking needs in the kitchen. Thanks Gregory!

This was a great home for us to stay in for a long weekend as our family was making a local move. We felt right at home, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were ideal for our 2 year old toddler. Would highly recommend!

This place was an excellent getaway. the whole place is clean and very easily laid out. amenities out the wazoo including high quality tp, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, multiple chargers by every bedside, breakfast foods stocked, robes, tons of hangers, a very helpful binder with tons of ideas, etc. The fish outside are so cute and it's clear that when it is warmer there will be lots of plants growing through the garden. Everything was labeled incredibly well and there were very thoughtful touches throughout. The shower head felt incredible and the bed was heavenly. They clearly work to make the space safe and comfortable for both kids and adults. we would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this stay if you can get it.

Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

My stay at Haithum’s place was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. Haithum’s attention to detail and care were incredible – he was always helpful and quick to assist with any issues or questions that came up. Communication was smooth and friendly, and his responses were always prompt, making everything so easy and stress-free. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the cozy atmosphere, showed real care and intention. It was clear that Haithum genuinely wanted his guests to feel relaxed and well taken care of, and that made a big difference.

We really enjoyed our stay! They are great host. Great location in NJ esp if you are trying to get to the city. I would recommend learning the how the path train and the subway works from nyc to Hoboken.

Great location and stay

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

“We had an amazing stay! The views were spectacular, and the place smelled wonderful. The building was very clean, and Jeff was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect—close to NYC with plenty of nearby options for breakfast and dinner within walking distance. It was also convenient for visiting family in the area. The only downside was the unexpected parking fees, which were not mentioned in the listing. Since we rented a car for family visits in Connecticut, it would have been helpful to know about the costs in advance. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here!”

One of the very best places I’ve stayed in my many stays as a traveling teacher. Fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, private outdoor patio, a real studio apartment—I stayed for six weeks, and it felt like a home. I stayed alone but the space and comfortable, nicely firm queen bed could easily accommodate a couple. Guy was super responsive and proactive, including replacing towels weekly and keeping the walkway snow cleared after storms, but also completely respected my privacy. Plenty of storage in the closet and two bedside dressers. Safe, quiet residential neighborhood with reliable on-street parking, a 5 min drive from groceries, restaurants, and every imaginable amenity. Super clean bathroom with a great shower. I can’t imagine a better AirBnB experience—so much nicer than the basements or bedrooms in someone’s house where I’ve previously stayed in this area! Can’t recommend Guy’s place strongly enough, especially if you are planning an extended stay.

Perfect place to stay to be close to Sunset Park, Greenwood Cemetery, south Slope neighborhood. Easy to get around. Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Feels good to be here. Slept well. Would love to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Great place to stay. Nice & cozy. Just as described. In such a great neighborhood, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Great if you have kids traveling with you like we did, since there’s a park walking distance. Easy to find parking the earlier you get there. Travel to Manhattan & Brooklyn very easy via the bus/metro. Natalia was very responsive, helpful, and gave us so many great recommendations for places to check out in the area. Definitely recommend and plan on staying again in the future!!

We went to NYC to spend my daughter’s 21st birthday and it was great time. The house perfectly matched the description plenty of space for a large party. Very clean and he provides some essential items in case you forgot. Emmanuel was very responsive, respectful, and helpful. His instructions are clear and he aims to please his guest. If you plan a group trip to New York or New Jersey this place is a great option.
