Great location for activities in Mesa. The home was as advertised, worked well for our purposes. This is a shared home, the advertisement is upfront about it, ensure you understand what this means and your expectations will be aligned with your stay. Great pool.

We absolutely loved staying at Rebekah's place! The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed using the grill and hanging out in the backyard, going for walks, and walking to the playground! The location is close to many places (Target, groceries, etc). It was a great stay!

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed!! Meg was so nice and helpful and her guest house is perfect! We had everything we needed and more. We walked some trails from her place, as well as around the neighborhood in the evening to search for local critters. We viewed mule deer while drinking coffee from our sitting room and beautiful sunsets from the front patio. We were new to vacationing in Arizona and will definitely return in the future. Thanks Meg for a great experience!

This was a fantastic house for our family holiday. We found communication speedy and helpful. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and for those that like to cook, the kitchen was well stocked. The kids were never bored as there was just so much for them to do. They have really thought through all the details to make sure everyone has fun. We would absolutely stay again.

Great spot in the Globe/Miami area. The trailer was awesome and comfortable. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the views . The animals were great too. Friendly and fun.

The place, location and amenities were great. We were a group of 6 adults and the men enjoyed the games in the home. Playing basketball inside the house kept us all entertained. Dean responded to text messages and requests within minutes of sending. All were amazed at his promptness and it was greatly appreciated. No beach in site in Gilbert, but the home was certainly a Seaside Cottage. Once we walked in and saw the decor, color scheme and decorations it felt like we were at the beach. If we make another trip to Gilbert, we wouldn’t hesitate on coming back to “Seaside Cottage”. Thank you Dean for assisting us with all our requests! You are a great host.

This was an excellent rental! I was initially concerned. Was it actually legit, etc. Turns out this was one of the best airbnb rentals we have made. This is not a typical owner-rented Airbnb. It is run by a company. They have great, professional customer service. The communications were excellent. The place was spotless upon our arrival. While not a 5-star luxury condo, it was well-appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a spacious 3 BR, 2 BA, with a nice kitchen, patio and several flat-screen TVs. There are ample towels, bath amenities and garbage service 5 nights per week. The kitchen was well appointed with a large Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, electric oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and insinkerator. There were ample, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, plates, etc. The condo-complex had two pools and a very nice gym. Moreover, the rental had access to a separate neighborhood rec center (5ish minutes drive) with pools, tennis, pickleball, gym, etc. The location was great. 10 minutes to great hiking at McDowell Mountain preserve. 10 minutes from Whole Foods. 10 - 20 minutes to great restaurants, not to mention myriad top notch fitness centers (yoga, pilates, barre, thai massage). We look forward to our next visit to Scottsdale and will absolute rent from these folks again! One note - this more like an extended stay or corporate apartment than somebody's condo. That is a plus in all ways but one. Other than Salt & Pepper, you will need to bring every food item that you need for cooking (ie, no leftover oil, spices, condiments, etc). The host will stock this for you, if you ask them ahead of time.

We had a great stay at Ric and Jen’s place. The house was extremely clean and just like the photos. The outdoor space was beautiful with a great view and perfect for hanging out. Excellent communication from the hosts and hospitality company.
