Thessalia : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser - ideal zum Schnorcheln. Auch der Ort war schön ruhig und zum Seafood essen ideal geeignet. Wenn man es ruhig und entspannt mag, sehr zu empfehlen.

Nikos очень доброжелательный и приятный в общении. На все наши вопросы и просьбы быстро реагировал. Большое спасибо за возможность раннего заселения. Жилье соответствовало описанием и фото. Балконы заслуживают 5 звезд . Местность очень тихая, красивый пляж и в сентябре был практически безлюден. Nikos спасибо, что приняли нас в своем доме!

Place was very enjoyable to stay, everything was clean, apartment was very beautiful. Host was friendly and responsive, we had everything we needed, and we would recommend staying there

The apartment is spacious and well designed. We appreciated the availability for an early check in. The location is ideal if you want to visit several beaches on both sides of Sithonia. There is Tallata camping beach at about 140 m and Kalamitsi beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is pretty well equipped.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Magda. Le logement est très propre et le balcon super avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande !

The location of the apartment was great. Just a block away from the center square, but private enough to relax. The third floor balcony was great and the location made it easy to access the beach. Anna and Ioannis were very helpful and responsive to questions very quickly

Siamo stati accolti da Eleni che è una ospite perfetta, accogliente, disponibile, attenta, precisa. Il suo alloggio si trova in un angolo di paradiso, una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola, immerso nel verde, a pochi metri da un mare cristallino, con spiaggia di sassolini, attrezzata per gli ospiti, ampio spazio esterno (tavolino e ombrellone per pranzare all'aperto), doccia esterna (super), l'interno suddiviso in un ampio open space, cucina e bagno, è completo di tutto, spazioso, pulitissimo (pulizie giornaliere e ricambio biancheria continuo, mai capitato prima!), luminoso, ben arredato, letto comodissimo. Parcheggio incluso.

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

This simply stunning house has spoiled me for any future Airbnb bookings. A breathtakingly beautiful yet comfortable space in a wonderful location, Harbour House is also superbly well-appointed from the most comfortable bed with its deluxe linen sheets and quality air conditioning systems to the generous supply of coffee pods, luxury toiletries and quality kitchen equipment and tableware. I could go on! The location is also worthy of mention - it was right at the heart of the old town and close to everything yet never noisy (my earplugs went unworn!) - and the views delightful from the lovely terrace. Louisa was also hugely helpful in planning our trip - both in person and via her thoughtful guide packed with great recommendations and suggested itineraries. Do take her advice (it is spot on) and do mention her when booking restaurants and activities, I am sure it got us even better tables on occasion. This place is a real gem and if you have booked and are yet to go, I envy you!

Le logement de Dimitris est plein de charme situé au cœur du jardin planté d’agrumes...et en plus l'emplacement vous garanti un fabuleux coucher de soleil à admirer au choix : soit de la plage au bout du jardin !...soit depuis la terrasse privative ! ...que demander de plus ...nous avons passé 3 soirées magnifiques qui nous ont permis d'explorer le Pelion et de profiter du petit bourg d’Afissos et ses commodités facilement accessible à pieds depuis la maison... Dimitris est qui plus un hôte très sympa et trs attentionné parlant français !..une carresse aussi au chien de la maison Stella*** ;) ...si nous en avons a possibilité c'est certain nous reviendrons !!!

πολύ όμορφο σπίτι και προσεγμένο.κατα την άφιξη μας ήταν πεντακάθαρο και δροσερό αφού είχαν προνοήσει να ρυθμίσουν την θερμοκρασία.μας άρεσε πολύ ο τεραστιος κηπος όπου υπήρχαν παιχνίδια και δραστηριότητες..το ευχαριστηθηκαμε κι εμείς αλλά και τα σκυλάκια μας!!η επικοινωνία με τον Ron ήταν εύκολη και άμεση σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.ευχαριστουμε!

A private, quiet, and fenced house with olive groves and grapes with direct and short access to the beach - a rare thing. A quiet sea, with almost no waves, beautiful for diving, it is highly recommended to enter with beach shoes due to sea urchins and corals. A small house that has everything. Beautiful sunsets. Nikoleta is very friendly and will answer all your questions. A supermarket is a 5-minute drive from the place. You can also buy fish and pastries next to it and eat at a restaurant. Don't forget about mosquitoes, perhaps it is also recommended to apply the preparations on the skin.

We’ve had a wonderful family stay at the beach house. It’s your own little house on your own “private” beautiful beach, with the water right at your feet. A nice simple house on the beach, with the sound of the waves to sweeten your night’s sleep. The two tasty taverns next by with a wonderful vista just make it all the better.

We had a fabulous week staying at Valentina's place. Perfect location in a quiet area but very quick to walk into town ( 5 minutes steep or a few minutes more if you took the steadier route). The house is spotlessly clean and there are lots of thoughtful extras! Valentina and Marianna were perfect hosts! The terrace up on top is spectacular and 'the icing on the cake'. We enjoyed Skiathos so much we have decided to visit again next year...and would have stayed here without a doubt. Unfortunately the week we wanted was already booked...so don't delay..I'm not surprised it's so popular!

We stayed at Barbara's place for almost 2 weeks at the end of September until the first week of October. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cozy and nicely decorated, we felt very welcome. The garden and outdoor space is also great and kept clean. Barbara always responded very quickly to all of our questions. Will definitely come back.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neos Marmaras. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Am Wochenende kann es hier mal ein bisschen lauter werden, da am Hafen Partys statt finden. Es hat uns super gefallen. Manos war immer erreichbar und ein so liebenswerter Gastgeber. Vielen vielen dank für alles!

We stayed for a week, and it was absolutely perfect! The penthouse was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was the stunning, spacious balcony with beautiful views of the sea, port, and mountains. The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Volos, just a short walk from all the best bars and restaurants. Dimitris was a great host - super responsive and always helpful. Our best Airbnb experience yet!

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Amazing location, clean and very comfortable! Very well equipped! Large green space, very close to the beach, just 3 minutes away! The beach has fine sand, a generous area of ​​sunbeds, smooth entry into the water and is suitable for children. The resort is perfect for relaxation, it is suitable for families with children, but there are also many nice restaurants for adults! Good communication with Dimitra! We recommend!

George welcomed us like a true host. His english as well as Serbian is really good and we really had a great time at his villa. Only downsides - no baby bed mattrace and if you drive a low clearence vehicle you might have problems with the approach path to the villa. Recommended for people with kids since the backyard is big and the beach is perfect for them.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry.
