Very close to the airport. Comfortable space. Very clean. Sophie was a great host. Not within walking distance of anything but very convenient if you have an early flight to catch.

Το σπίτι της Αθηνάς ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cosy. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ λειτουργικό. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθηνά ήταν άριστη και απαντούσε πάρα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα. Συστήνω για αφίξεις μετά τις 16.00-17.00, να κλείνετε το χώρο που διαθέτει η Αθηνά για πάρκινγκ με μια έξτρα χρέωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά και δεν είχαμε άγχος για να ψάχνουμε γύρω γύρω καθώς μιλάμε για μια οικιστική ζώνη της πόλης. Είναι ελάχιστα πιο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, όμως πολύ βολικά για να κινηθεί κάποιος στα προάστια και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Sie hat alles geboten was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Der Check in war flexibel und uns wurde auch ein späterer Check out angeboten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall

πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος, καθαρός που μπορεί άνετα να κοιμήσει 6 άτομα. είναι κοντά στο Καυτατζόγλειο και το ολυμπιακό μουσείο και έχει κοντά στάσεις λεωφορείων. το συστήνω!!

Our stay at Makis‘ Airbnb was wonderful! The house is extremely cute and the ambiance is very peaceful! Makis is super friendly and was very easy to reach. He explained everything perfectly and gave us some great recommendations! The only little negative thing, we could think of was, that the house could’ve been a tiny bit tidier when it comes to the ceiling and corners. Other than that, everything was perfect and if we’re ever in the area again, we would for sure stay at Makis‘ place again! (:

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Ebenfalls sehr gute Ausstattung. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

Gute Wohnung mit allem was man für einen 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt braucht. Neues Bad mit guter Dusche, gute Badetücher. Sehr sauber. Super zentrale Lage, allerdings stark befahrene Straße, daher sehr laut. Wir haben uns allerdings nach der ersten Nacht sofort daran gewöhnt und wunderbar geschlafen. Das Bett war sehr gut. Die Küche ist winzig klein, aber für uns war es ausreichend. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Yiannis's place was perfect for our stay. Excellent location, lovely apartment (clean, spacious for two, nicely decorated) and had all the necessary amenities. Yiannis was also incredibly helpful and provided lots of information! Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Flasche Wein und Snacks als Willkommensgruß gratis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Nur das Schloss der Haustür hakt ein wenig.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Had a great stay! The flat was exactly as described. Mary is really friendly and very responsive. The location was nice too, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The area had a lively vibe, which was great for exploring, though it could get a little noisy at times. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

My stay with Darko was excellent. The flat was easy to find and the check-in straightforward. The flat itself was clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away the location was fantastic and the flat is surrounded by a number of supermarkets and great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Finally, Darko was a responsive and knowledgeable host.

Το value for money είναι πολύ ικανοποιητικο στη περίπτωση του studio του Γιώργου , το οποίο διαθέτει όλα τα κομφορ για μια ολιγοήμερη διαμονή, ενώ ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός, δείχνοντας επαγγελματισμό. Η γειτονιά είναι αδιάφορη χωρίς πολλά πραγματα να κάνεις, αλλά το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται δίπλα στο μετρό απέχοντας 1-2 στάσεις από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και λειτουργικότατο. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Amazing place! The hosts are great, friendly and ready to help you anytime and for whatever you may need during your stay. The house is fantastic, spacious, clean and fully equipped. The location is perfect, you can go everywhere by foot. All the restaurants, bars and must-see places are within a 2-10min walk from the Airbnb. Would definitely stay there again.

Το Art suite στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης αποτελεί την ιδανική επιλογή για διαμονή. Είναι προσεγμένος χώρος όμορφος και καθαρός. Οι λεπτομέρειες σε κερδίζουν. Παρέχει ότι μπορείς να χρειαστεί κάποιος για μια άνετη διαμονή. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Die Apartment ist sehr schön, die Aussicht von der Terrasse in alle Richtungen ist unglaublich ( zu jeder Tageszeit - ob morgens beim Kaffee oder abends leckeren griechischen Wein genießen). Die Umgebung ist sehr toll!! In 100 Meter Entfernung befindet sich eine sehr schöne Promenade am Meer zum gemütlichen Wandeln. Auch das Zentrum ist über diesen Weg kurzweilig und schnell zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist ein Start in den Tag in der kleinen aber feinen Bäckerei gegenüber. Hier gibt es nicht nur leckeren Kaffee mit den dazugehörigem Naschwerk sondern auch ein liebevolles, stets gut gelauntes Pärchen (Tasos und Georgia). Unsere Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar für kleine Hilfen im Urlaubsalltag. Das war sehr angenehm/ nichts kann gute Hilfe vor Ort ersetzen.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Aussicht ein Traum, es wurde definitiv nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Gastgeber sind Mega freundlich gut waren immer gut zu erreichen. 10/10☺️

Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Για την εποχή ήταν ό,τι καλύτερο. Ζεστό, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα με πάρκινγκ.
