My family and I had amazing time celebrating our birthdays at Jon’s cabin. Not only was the cabin prefect, Jon was very helpful with check in and all the help we needed during our stay. Time to time check ins during our stay was also very thoughtful and helpful. It was perfect place for our family and we felt right at home.

We had an excellent stay at Ken’s place. The lay out of the house was perfect for our needs. We felt comfortable and had everything we need! If you are traveling with guests of different ages this place was perfect. Babies and new parents downstairs for naps and early bedtime, grandparents on the main level to avoid stairs, and upstairs is perfect for the younger crowd. The location is also notable. We were 6 minutes from Saluda. We had a nice lunch one day. The next day we got ice cream and used the playground on Main Street. Ken was very responsive to all our additional questions! We are looking forward to booking Ken’s place again!

The house was easy to find and easy to access. Very clean and had everything you might need. It was close to the local stores and restaurants. The house was perfect for our weekend trip. If we come back, I will stay again.

Bob is an amazing and generous host! His rentals are beautifully put together and cozy. We had a wonderful visit and are so thankful for his hospitality. He truly went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and look forward to going back again. The cabin met all our needs and felt like a home away from home! The views from the windows were like a painting and all the decorations in the cabin were beautiful and subtle. I loved all the natural wood throughout that blended so well with nature.

We had such a great stay! Everything was just as described. I will say, I didn’t realize the cottage was pet friendly and I am allergic to dogs. I was reading the guest book and read story after story of visitors who brought their pups along with them. I didn’t sneeze or itch or even have to clear my throat once during our stay!! I was shocked pets had been there because of just how fresh and clean of pet hair/dander it was - so kudos to whoever does the cleaning. This is the perfect spot for 2 to get away.

Our extended family of 13 had a peaceful, relaxing, and wonderful stay! The pictures don't do the house/cabin and surrounding property justice. The rope swing, swing, and tire swing were a huge hit with the kids - they were addicted to the rope swing! (Even the teens managed to break away from their tech and play on the creek!) The towels to use for the creek were a nice touch. This location made it really easy to get to Asheville, Black Mountain, and Brevard. It was unanimous that all of us would love to return! It was a much needed retreat and respite for all of us!

What a fantastic stay! The view from the porch was everything, and we had beautiful days to enjoy it. We hadn't been to the area before, so of course wanted to hike around Chimney Rock and check out the flowering bridge. But other than that, everything else fell off of our list of potential things to do, because all we wanted to do was sit on the porch. We really wished that we could have stayed longer than 2 days. The interior space is cozy and clean, with everything you might need, including some games in the closet.
