My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was beautiful and the wigwam was surprisingly spacious and very clean, kitchen came equipped with everything you needed. The host Jim met us on our arrival and settled us in explains how to heat the hot tub and general advice, he was very welcoming and friendly. The children loved the hot tub and the fire pit to roast marshmallows! I will be coming back to this place as there is a lot to do around it with Sutton Bank 10 min drive away. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

Our stay was perfect! While we didn’t meet the host in person, they were always available and made sure we had a smooth and comfortable experience. The place was immaculate, well-stocked, and truly felt like a home away from home. It’s also located in a quiet and peaceful area—perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, beautiful lodge....comfy beds,lots of towells and lovely bedding.....would highly recommend ,felt right at home as sooon as we arrived and we will definitely be staying again .....hot tub on point ,very clean, lovely and warm all day ...Will is a brilliant host and is clearly dedicated to his business....we have had the best time 😊😊😊

We loved it here! It was the most peaceful and relaxing stay we could have asked for. Jo was an amazing host communicated well and made us feel so welcome. The bed was amazing we never wanted to get out and waking up to the view was even better! The hot tub was amazing and my partner loved having the task to keep the logs burning. We will definitely be returning here as we just felt so at home and welcomed.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

Booked to celebrate friends getting engaged. Plenty room for 8 adults and a spaniel. Lovely outside space to eat and enjoy the hot tub. Plenty space in the common areas to spread out and relax. Would recommend a d would come back again.

Lovely experience during our stay, got to meet the animals which was amazing. Felt really welcomed and the surroundings are beautiful especially the walk to Brimham rocks. Lovely villages nearby and the place itself has stunning views!

Lovely place, very tranquil. Hot tub was great and we really enjoyed watching all of the surrounding wildlife. Cannot fault it at all, would love to visit again.

Beautiful location, great communication and instructions. The accommodation was lovely with a really comfy bed.

A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

Mill Pond Lodge was a gorgeous place to stay. our son loved feeding the ducks. The lodge had everything that we needed and was immaculate. Ruth was great, we were arriving late so she sent us really detailed directions to the lodge. I would highly recommend a stay it, it was a great base for exploring.

Nice large static caravan outside of York, but very convenient. Quiet and comfortable perfect for families.

Harry is a very responsive and friendly host, anytime I asked a question he would respond within 10 mins, very quite and peaceful area for my reactive French bulldog. Completely private, easy drive in access, the place was very clean and tidy, comfortable and cozy. 100% coming back to this place. They even give you a free field session for your pup to run about off lead for free! Thanks again Harry

Just returned from an amazing weekend away with my wife. The place is exactly as described and is the ultimate getaway from everyday stress! We had an issue with the shower but it was quickly sorted by the attentive host even though they was away at the time. Will 1000% be returning at some point

We booked very last minute for one night but I’m so glad we did!! I wish we had booked a couple nights but it was absolutely gorgeous none-the-less. Perfect location, really private and peaceful. Very romantic for a couple. Really well thought about and we absolutely loved having the privacy mirror windows, as we kept the curtains open at night so we could wake up to the view. It was stunning. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning for a getaway

We loved our stay at Rebecca's place. A nice walk to the beach. We loved watching the sun go down from the garden, by the fire pit. Star gazing from the hot hub. Brilliant. We will be back that's for sure.

A view that you could look at forever! The place was stunning and the cabin had everything you could need. The hot tub was lovely, in the day and at night, and the living space was a perfect size for 2 of us with our 2 doggies. A perfect area for the dogs to run around, and of course a splash in the pond! We had a well needed relaxing time.

We stayed here as a part of my partners birthday celebrations. This was our first time staying somewhere like this and the lodge was everything we could have wished for and more!! The check-in process was clear and easy. The lodge was well decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to have a great, relaxing weekend. The location was perfect, so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was an obvious stand out for us, very warm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we could not fault our lodge and are already discussing coming back later in the year! We have also recommended to our families who are also interested.

We really enjoyed our stay in the pods and had such a relaxing time! They were super clean and beautiful inside with everything you could need in the kitchen and also had amazing views outside where our dog loved to look through the window. We especially loved how peaceful it was and the TV was an added bonus to relax at night. The location was great, it wasn’t far from Durham for a day trip and lots of local pubs/restaurants a ten minute drive away. Lucy was the perfect host and even let check in early/out late, her communication was top draw and she was super responsive but really appreciated how she left us to our own devices. Would love to stay in Summer and experience the outside a bit more, highly recommend 🙂 thanks again for an amazing stay!

What an amazing place! So peaceful. Lots of wildlife lives round the lodge which was the icing on the cake. We were even more impressed when Gemma told us her and her husband did most of the build themselves, what an achievement. Check in was easy and Gemma was very friendly and prompt to help us use the sauna. Our favourite Airbnb stay to date, We will be back :)

This was the nicest caravan by far that we have stayed in at 7 Lakes. It was beautifully decorated for the festive season and Kate had gone to a lot of trouble to make it super cosy and welcoming for us. My husband and I would love to come back again anytime. Just want to say a huge 'THANKYOU' to Kate for her efforts and for being such a super host.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Pete’s cabin. It was lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing. Pete was always on hand to help re heat the hot tub. The fresh eggs from the hens were a great addition and were very tasty! Overall it was an amazing stay and would highly recommend Pete’s cabin to anyone wanting a lovely peaceful get away!
