This is the perfect place if you want to take a relaxing moment out of your regular city life. Location is quite good - surrounded by coffee plantation, easily accessible. Property itself was quite beautifully designed and maintained - good views, artistic interiors, spacious & well-maintained rooms, all options to spend your vacation as you like. There is a good recreation room with lot of indoor game options, live fireplace and a decent Bluetooth speaker (we forgot ours and this was a saviour in making our new year's eve musical 😀) Naveen(host) is nice and accommodating. We loved the experience overall.

Best place to stay. 25 acres of lush green coffee estate. 450 year old house and 7th generation living there. Aunty will make such good food that you might not get to rat outside. Lovely people. If you can speak Kannada, then uncle had got centuries of stories to tell. Really warm people.

Didn't have any expectations when we booked, but after visiting, the place was absolutely amazing amidst the plantations. The rooms were clean and hospitality was beyond expectations. Punith, our host has been exceptional since the day we arrived, starting from letting us visit his plantation, to setting up the borne fire at night. It was my first time at Chikmagalur, he recommended some places and it was completely refreshing & the views were amazing. Punith is a great person whom you can come down for anything and he is always there to arrange anything for you.

This was my first time staying in Seethal Homestay. I went with my friend for whom it was the second time. It is surrounded with greenery on all sides. At night, you can see the stars clearly, as that area is free of light pollution. The hosts were very responsive and understanding of our needs from the time we did our booking. We reached in the morning, and were greeted with morning tea soon after with breakfast. And from then on every food we had was scrumptious! From the chicken lollipops to the fish fries to the curries and snacks. The next day we went on a jeep ride to two viewpoints. It was an exhilarating experience. It is a must try for anyone staying there. We received unparalleled hospitality during our entire stay. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a homestay. They actually put the 'home' in homestay. Looking forward to visiting them again!

Darshan was very supportive and helped us with flexible check in and check out. the property is amidst arcanut plantation with lots of greenry and no noise. Darshans father and mother inlaws were very hospitable, cooked us good food and also helped us with late night dinner and early breakfast. i loved their place with a friendly dog which was fun. would recommend Darshans place for a weekend retreat or just anything.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and the food provided were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Villa Woodway is a beautiful estate bungalow, about 12kms from Chikmagalur town, in the midst of nature with all the old-world charm you'll need. It's the perfect place to just laze and unwind, so quiet and peaceful. The bungalow is tastefully designed, extremely well maintained and kept spotless, the actual experience was better than the pictures. The staff were very kind and helpful. They served yummy local/traditional food for all meals in their dining area just a few metres outside the bungalow. They even set up a bonfire and served us hot pakodas in the evening! The bungalow is in a coffee estate and you absolutely must not miss their awesome coffee (so awesome that we just had to buy some to take back). The hosts Susmitha and Shreedev were easy-going, extremely friendly and very helpful with arranging activities and letting us know of places nearby that we could visit. We had a great time meeting and chatting with them. We will definitely visit Villa Woodway again!
