We had a wonderful experience during our stay. It had a breathtaking view from the location. Abhita and the caretakers were approachable and prompt in their responses. The beach is very accessable and provides flavor of fisherman's life.

I had a wonderful week at this beautiful, secluded property next to Kaldan Samudra in Mahabalipuram. The location is perfect—peaceful, private, and with direct access to the beach right at the doorstep. Waking up to the sound of waves and having the ocean just steps away was truly special. Vijay, the host, is incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything needed. The home itself is well-maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere, high-speed internet, a fully functional kitchen, and reliable power backup—making it comfortable for both short and long stays. It’s also well-situated, with all major scenic spots within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the area. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Mahabalipuram, this place is a fantastic choice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a family close to the airport. I believe this is a new listing and am giving five stars hoping the host would provide fresh towels and some basic toiletries in the future. An electric kettle and a bubble top base for water would be a welcome addition since the host provided two 20 liter cans but it was difficult to fill water in bottles from those cans. Overall great location near the airport and a comfortable place to spend the night.

Stay was fantastic, we enjoyed the stay, market is near, walkable, to get somethings to cook and enjoy, A great place to stay, beautiful house, nice views from balcony as its 12th floor. Enjoyed in swimming pool, ya we have to bring nylon wears, thanks to Praveen as he kept swimming caps ready at entrance itself :). I suggest guests to walk around to find many things, left side on main road, 400 meters, to the property you get vegetables, meat, fish market, dosa batter, many grocerry shops. so we enjoyed our stay

The highlight of our stay was the amazing meals that were prepared for us, throughout our 5 day stay. Special mention about the host couple's young son who cooked us an entire dinner that was absolutely incredible! . Thank you. :) Peaceful and quiet location where the breeze can be heard blowing through the leaves! The hosts were very accommodating towards special requests and very hospitable and friendly in nature. Ours was a family stay and we enjoyed it. The calf, Dhana, who was part of the farm family, has managed to capture hearts. The dogs, cats and cow we met were all unique in character as well.

Second time staying here at Senthil’s place nothing has changed,hassle free check in, worth every penny, Senthil immediately communicated whenever I contacted him, great location, no regrets, this will always be our go to place.
