Прекрасный большой дом нас приятно удивил. Жилье соответствовало фото, но по ощущениям дом был даже больше. Ремонт новый и свежий, всё было чисто. Vy была внимательна, дружелюбна, быстро отвечала на сообщения (даже оперативно привезла новую плитку на кухню, когда она у нас сломалась). В ванной было много принадлежностей, всё было расставлено очень внимательно. Белье и полотенца были свежими. Было очень приятно получить от Vy в качестве подарка на Новый Год вин. Также при заселении Vy предложила фрукты и воду. Vy, спасибо большое за заботу и то, что были на связи! Жилье нам очень понравилось!

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser wunderschön gestalteten Villa zu verbringen, und unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, und dennoch nur eine kurze, etwa 10-minütige Autofahrt nach Hoi An. Ein besonderes Highlight war der tägliche Frühstücksservice. Das Team war unglaublich aufmerksam und erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche – von lokalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu individuellen Vorlieben. Auch der Shuttleservice von und zum Flughafen war hervorragend organisiert und verlief völlig reibungslos. Vielen Dank an das Team!

너무나도 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 넓은 거실 공간과 실내에 위치한 수영장, 여러 개의 방 및 개별 화장실 등 여러가지 만족할만한 요소를 갖추었습니다. 호스트의 신속한 응대도 좋았습니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행이 되었습니다.

It was among the best air bnb we have booked. 7 of us had a gala time here. Very clean, polite and friendly staff. Loved every bit of it

please was overall very nice and the host was incredibly nice and responsive. very impressive response rate and speed, and he went above and beyond, helped us organize tours, and offered flexible check in/out. The pool was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms were modern and well maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay. main complaints/feedbay is: (1) there are lots of construction going on and it's very noisy during the day. hanging out by the pool was a bit unpleasant because of that. but this might be a problem for any Airbnb in the area (2) kitchen didn't have clean sponges/rags (we had to go out and buy some).

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

The house is really beautiful and private, my family had a wonderful weekend night at Khue's house. She is very friendly and supported us very well during our stay. Because it is a private house, you will be given a key. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is also very nice.

Had a great stay here. The room was beautiful and it felt very zen inside. The pool was beautiful and the staff were very attentive and kind. Only minor thing to note was the karaoke bar nearby was loud - but that was all finished by around 10pm. Highly recommend this place! Super central. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 7 and stayed 4 nights. It was a beautiful villa and we had a lovely stay! There were always personnel on the premises: although they weren’t English speakers, we communicated easily via Google Translate. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out as a group. At first glance, the villa seems located off the beaten but the area gets quite lively in the evenings. It’s either a long walk into town or a short taxi ride. However, a few things to note. Music from the park next door played well into the morning. The sound was quite muted, sensitive guests wore ear plugs (provided by the villa). The villa is also right next to a construction site. The work starts in the early morning and ends around 5pm. We were out most of the day so it barely affected us. Finally, the drainage in the bathrooms in the top two rooms emitted a terrible smell: keep the door shut. Despite these hiccups, a great overall experience!

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

Herşey çok güzeldi. Ev çok güzeldi. Odalar çok güzeldi. İlgi alaka çok iyiydi. Biza transfer ve tur ayarlamaları konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Sevmediğimiz tek bir şey vardı o da ortak alanlardaki kamera. Sürekli gözetlenme hissi hoş değil. Umarım bunu düzeltirler ve sadece girişte bir güvenlik kamerası yeterli diye düşünüyorum. Ama güvenliği de çok dert ettiklerini sanmıyorum çünkü kapılar hep açık. Kilitlenmiyor. Kapı kilitlemeye gerek duymuyorsabız kameralara ne gerek var?? Bence kapıyı kilitleyin kameraları kaldırın. Ama herşeye rağmen 5 yıldız veriyorum.

This villa was perfect for my family reunion! The rooms were all clean and spacious with ensuites. Sean was a perfect host, always available for our questions (however mundane) and his property manager was very responsive and polite.

Close to the beach, very spacious house with lots of nice features. Quiet neighbourhood with nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

럭셔리 그 자체입니다 3층으로되어있어 사생활 분리가가능해서 여러팀이 와도 좋을듯합니다 저희는 5명이거주했는데 침대사이즈가 크고 방이넓어서 여유롭게 지냈습니다 3층 포켓볼 설치가있어 재밌게 지낼수 있었고 1박 밖에 못한게 아쉬웠어요 전체적으로 깔끔하고 깨끗하고 고급스럽습니다

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

Jaime's place was amazing! It was just as described in the listing. The house was perfect for our family of 7. We had an elderly person in our group and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom definitely helped. The kitchen was stocked well and the furniture was clean. The restaurant on site served delicious food. The free breakfast helped. Jaime really went above and beyond to make our first trip to Hoi A memorable experience. She gave lots of recommendations and even helped us with the pick up from the airport. Jaime is super sweet and her house is beautiful. Would definitely recommend her house to anyone planning a visit to Hoi An!

I absolutely loved this place. It’s spacious, a lot of light, a nice view of the river. It’s clean and comfortable. The internet is very fast. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly and responds very promptly. I highly recommend.

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

모든게 다 좋았습니다. 조용한 동네 딱 좋앗습니다. 마트는 걸어서 5분 커피숍 걸어서 5분 바닷가 호텔 쪽으로 가면 술 파는곳이 있지만 맛은 보장 못함 호불호가 있을거같습니다 주위에 즐길거리는 없으나 수영장과 바베큐 해먹을수 잇어 좋앗습니다. 그리고 수영장 화분에 불개미로 추정되는 애들이 죽여도 계속 겨 나옴(주위) 다음에도 여기로 정하겠어요^^

Quynh's house is wonderful. There are dozens of little details that make your stay comfortable. The place is beautifully designed, decorated and well thought of. We spent a few days and nights in the peaceful garden, and the surroundings are quiet. Lovely restaurants and beaches nearby. We were welcomed by Trinh who was so friendly and helpful, she's a gem. We strongly recommend this place.

Wir haben hier über zwei Monate verbracht und uns zu Hause gefühlt. Anfangs war die laute Hauptstraße und (bis zum Schluss) das sehr harte Bett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nähe zum Strand sowie zum empfehlungswerten Stand "Banh My Chay Tâm Tri" und dem Bac My An Markt mit seinem legendären Kem Bo (Avocado-Eis) haben dies aber mehr als wettgemacht. Die jungen Angestellten des hauseigenen Café "Seven Days Coffee" waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr willkommen war uns auch die wöchentliche Reinigung und der Austausch von Bettzeug & Handtüchern. Das Apartment war modern und eher nach westlichen Standards ausgestattet z. B. Induktionsherd. Wer häufig selber kochen möchte, kommt aber mit nur einer Herdplatte und der Grundausstattung (bei längeren Aufenthalten) an seine Grenzen. Da das Essen in Vietnam aber so günstig ist, waren wir aber meist essen (Straßenstände mit Plastikstühlen oder lokale Märkte - lokal, lecker, günstig, authentisch) oder haben uns etwas mit GrabFood bestellt. Gerne wieder!
