Latheef's place is the best place we have stayed in Cochin so far. The apartment was really clean and the location was great. would also like to thank Neha for always helping out and being so friendly. will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean peaceful place to stay.

A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

Beautiful property to stay in, spacious and well lit. Perfect for a family to stay. Car parking space also available. Great hosts who were very friendly. Over-all had a really nice experience.

This a stunning Airbnb. Highly recommend and we’d go back in a heartbeat. Even better than the photos, which are great. The home has the authentic heritage feel with thoughtful modern touches. It’s really comfortable and inviting. I loved sitting on the veranda sipping coffee in such peaceful surroundings. The food was thoughtfully prepared and served. The grounds are beautiful. We walked throughout the beautiful plantation. Definitely a 5- star experience in every way.

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. Best Airbnb in Kochi by far! This apartment blew me away to be honest. The interior design is perfect, every room was aesthetic and unique. My favourite was the view from the balcony, it looks exactly like the photos. Nancy the caretaker was a gem, she cooks great breakfast and the local coffee they have hits the spot too. I have booked this place again for the end of this month and will be booking it every time I come to Kochi. If ur looking for a 10/10 experience, I’ve tried a lot of places, trust me don’t look further, you have to experience it ! 🙏🏽
