Was a great spot to stop for a weekend of hiking! Appreciated the info on a few places to check out for dinner. Loved that it was dog friendly! Thanks for the stay!

We only stayed one night but enjoyed the place a lot. The coffee shop downstairs is excellent. And the owner was very responsive and helped us recover something we left behind.

Cindy’s place was really great - clean, spacious, super-convenient to everything in Davis, and just really nice.

Great spot, riverside and walking distance to local restaurants. Definitely check out Milo’s and get their massive bfast pancakes! Awesome stay.

Katherine thought of everything! Lots of great little thoughtful extras! Clean up was easy too! She was responsive and the place was clean. There were comfortable beds . The unit had a lot of stairs to climb to enter. But the location was central to where we needed and had we not packed too much , the stairs wouldn’t have been an issue. I doubt I’ll ever find myself back in the area, but I would stay there again .

Nancy’s place was great! Everything was clean and nice. Perfect location for a weekend ski trip to Timberline. It was so nice to walk into a place where everything was clean and wonderful and no scented plug in overwhelmed the space! Next time there are 2 of us traveling to Davis, we would definitely stay here again!

This was our third stay at this airbnb and won't be our last! Have stayed upstairs twice now, downstairs once. Our preference is the upstairs because it has two bedrooms. Love the path that is just outside the door - and the spring bridge just over the way. Be warned -- there are a lot of steps to the upper floor - so those with mobiility issues will want to choose the downstairs option.

Lovely place with a Ruku set up, great sized space for both bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Pretty cool it was a bank renovated into an airbnb. Love that it was near a river, too. And it was pet friendly, which is always the best!

This was a great place to stay, especially if you are exploring the Blackwater State Park area. Couldn’t be more convenient! We were so pleasantly surprised by the shops and restaurants in the area. The food and the service from the locals cultivated a super friendly environment. The owner was very responsive over messaging the few times we reached out. Couple cons: I will say the listing was a little overpriced for what you get, though the inflated price could have been because of the holiday weekend. The upstairs bedroom would get pretty warm and there were instructions that you could not adjust the thermostat. I can understand the owner not wanting us to mess with the room temperature, the weather dropped from 51 to 11 degrees in a matter of 24 hours while we were there! But if you are a hot sleeper and being able to adjust the thermostat is important to you, it may be something worth considering! Overall I would recommend this listing!

Listing was as described and worked perfectly for our one night stay! We must’ve lucked out because we had zero experience with loud music and slept great! Great place to stay if you are catching a show at the Purple Fiddle as we did!

The Sunbird Studio apartment was great. It's tucked away in a quiet area and is well-designed inside. The pellet stove is a nice, cozy touch on a chilly evening. The location is a short drive to the Timberline and Canaan Valley State Park ski resorts--I stayed at the apartment so I could enjoy Timberline's final ski/snowboarding weekend of the season. It's equally close to Davis where you can get groceries or eat at the restaurants there. The photos of the place are very accurate. The owners' communication was fantastic, and they were very responsive. They proactively sent detailed instructions, which included great directions to the place, easy check-in information, and detailed information about the placement of the apartment's amenities. I appreciated the owners' hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

Loved Rachel’s blue door place! It was incredibly clean, organized, and the decor was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I loved the touch of having a sound machine in each bedroom, the makeup wipes, and snacks to greet us! 10/10 place!

Great location, not far from the surrounding park areas. The people upstairs are a little loud, but the provided earplugs did the job.

Was close to the resorts and could walk to Mama Mia's.

Staying at the Dandy Flats was LOVELY. I'm fairly local — about 1.5 hr from Thomas, but I was in town meeting a friend & took this as an opportunity to get away with my dog for the night! The flat was extremely cozy and felt like home! It was free of clutter, but had EVERYTHING you could need. The flat was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to anything we needed for the evening. It was also just very aesthetically pleasing and a nice change of scenery. I would love to return and rent the airbnb again in the future — many times! It may be my favorite new place to stay in Thomas and I'll try to use every excuse to rent in the future! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

A homey and affordable option in Davis. It’s a great little town and the Airbnb was very convenient. Rentals are becoming abundant in Davis, this isn’t new and shiny like many, but homey and comfortable. I would argue an Airbnb more of how Davis should be. It’s easy to find and quick to all the adventures the area holds.
