We really enjoyed staying at this Air BnB, especially since we were permitted to have a dog there. We enjoyed how close it is to Canaan Valley Ski Resort, Blackwater Falls State Park and Davis, WV. The beds were comfortable and accommodations were as expected.

Reservation, checkin and checkout were smooth. The unit is bigger than it appears in the pictures with a good sized living/dining/kitchen that is open plan and nice sized bedrooms upstairs. The WiFi worked well and there is a TV in the living room and every bedroom. If you want a more analog experience, a few TVs have VCRs and there is a wide selection of family friendly VHS tapes.

The house was just as described. It was perfect for our little family getaway! Tons of space to spread out. Loads of fun extras. The view is amazing! We had a great time!

Nice house in a great location. Close to downtown Davis and activities at Canaan resort. Kid friendly space upstairs. The kitchen has the necessities for cooking and is open to the living room. The host is responsive and was easy to communicate with.

5 star stay here in Davis. The space is beautiful and spacious end unit townhouses on two levels. The hot tub was brand new and water was pristine. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. There is a lovely community space a few feet away with playground, pool and lake. I would highly recommend this place

Mary's home was a perfect "slice of WVa heaven" for our family's quick weekend getaway. Her home was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect, just 8 minutes from the town of Davis (with grocery store restaurants, and shops) and ~25 minutes from Dolly Sods Wilderness trail we hiked. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at your house! I know the area well and it was nice to come back to a place we could all rest and relax - enjoy comfortable time together! This is a great spot for a visit to Timberline, Dolly Sods, etc. Beautiful, clean, well-designed home among beautiful views. The space was comfortable for a larger group, with space for adults and kids to hang out (and with games/books for kids tucked away in a closet). Great location/super convenient for skiing at Timberline. Just read carefully - 4WD/AWD required in winter for the road up to the house.

Highly recommend! Accommodated our needs and wants for a girls weekend. Well stocked and super clean! Close to Davis. Will definitely be back.

Orchard Nook was exactly as presented in the photos and description. Elizabeth was very responsive and provided clear directions to the location and also clear instructions for our stay. Orchard Nook was perfect for our two day getaway to see the beautiful fall foliage on the Seneca Skyway. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Had a wonderful time! The house was perfect or our little reunion..had lots of space for games and chatting. The kitchen was large and there was tons of space! Everything was super clean!

This place was perfect for us as we were visiting family cemeteries right across from it up on the mountain. The Wi-Fi was greatly appreciated as cell phone signal was nonexistent. It is a spacious house laid out well.

Heather’s home was a perfect home base for a long weekend of XC skiing and hiking during some wild weather, and with a baby! Heather was very flexible and helpful throughout and we were big fans of the space and location; plan to visit again!

My weekend stay at the lake side house was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake access with a dock. We spent our days fishing and managed to catch over 20 fish - it was such a fun and relaxing experience. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again sometime in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful, clean home, great weekend stop! If it was warmer when we stayed we would have loved to walk outside by the river. Well furnished and welcoming. Had everything we needed!

This is our third time renting thus house. We love coming back and sharing it with new friends. Alison and her team are great hosts and always make sure we have everything we need - even in the middle of the snowstorm. Highly recommend!

The property had everything we needed for our 2 nights ski trip at Timberline Mountain. Walk to lift is uphill but very close, less than 10mins. The sleeping arrangement in the house worked great for our group of 3 couples and 3 kids. There were 3 bathrooms in total. We enjoyed the games and the living area with plenty of space to share meals and conversations. Bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with the essentials, it was great we didn’t have to worry about bringing detergents, trash bags, etc. Hosts were very responsive and provided clear check in/out instructions. We were very lucky with fresh snow (3-5 inches) overnight during our short stay and the mountain and surrounding was extremely beautiful. We hope to come back again next season!

This place surpassed our expectations. The house was more spacious than it looked online. There’s hiking, skiing, and fishing in the area. There’s a farm behind the house and they run a petting zoo in the warmer months. It would be great for kids and animal lovers. My wife loved waking up to watch the cows and mini horses while drinking coffee. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but the kitchen is very nice with all the basics. We recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Mary is an excellent host. She went above and beyond - even leaving us firewood ready to ignite in the fireplace the first night with extra wood inside. Great stay.
