Perfect location. Clean place and super easy check in. We’ll be looking to stay here again in the future!

A beautiful location, quiet, peaceful. House was loaded with everything you need to cook on an otherwise low traffic and amenities island. The beds and mattresses were outstanding, bed sheets and towels 'fist class!' Ther TV had several options for watching viewer programs and movies. And Lisa/Scott had cabinets for full of other items for usage although we came well stocked and did not need to use any of them. Scott was very helpful upon arrival and responded to requests in a very quick manner. All in all, a senstional spot if you're looking to get away for rest and relaxation. The ocean waves lull you to sleep each night and all day long. A must visit if your travels take you to Maine. quick ferry ride, easy to access.

This house was amazing!

We fully enjoyed our time at the “Cottage by the Sea.” It was very cozy even with a raging winter storm outside. Spectacular views of the ocean in a wooded and private setting. The cottage is very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Leslie and Gordon were easily accessible and responsive. Highly recommend the cottage.

A comfy and cozy place, 2 blocks to downtown Belfast. Very nice amenities.

What a cute little bungalow. A one room wonder. Milk House was easy to get to and had a couple walks to ocean views. Right on the main road but very quiet. We were prepared for the limited kitchen & were able to make 3 fabulous dinners. Get ready to unwind & unplug.

Absolutely worth it! The place the was bigger than we thought and much nicer than photos seem. It’s a beautiful place. Brian is also amazing! He was very responsive and we got stuck going up the driveway due to the snow storm and he came and got us out quickly! Would definitely book with him again! Thank you again so much!

Stayed for a weekend with 5 people - the space was perfect us! With 3 beds and 2 baths we didn’t feel on top of each other inside. We opted for free street parking which was never an issue. There’s a handful of coffee shops, restaurants and bars with 5-10 min walk. Old Port is about 20 min walk but very easy and safe. We loved being around the block from the ocean and east prom!!

Sitting looking out over the bay on a cold early March morning with the fire going was just the type of relaxation we were looking for. The photos don't do it justice. Had fun using the hot tub but just a little too chilly to use the outside fireplace, but Mihai had stocked the wood pile should we have been brave enough. Mihai lives right next door but you'd never know unless you needed him. We didn't. Everything worked. Clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. A lot of thought has gone into renovating this house and it shows in the amenities. The only advice we'd give fellow travelers is the spiral stairwell leading upstairs to 2 of the 3 bedrooms is the smallest I've ever seen. Thought should be given to bringing small children. The master bedroom is on ground level. Otherwise enjoy. It's a magical place and we thank Mihai for being such a gracious host.
