Property as described. The host responded very quickly when I had issues. Unfortunately, the train runs nearby but the good news is that it’s not as active at night. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Laundry in basement which was different than what I’m used to. It’s a cute house though that’s well disguised.

This house was wonderful for our party of 6, but it would easily accommodate up to 8. Not only are there a queen, 2 douple and 2 twin beds, but the living room is large and will seat 9 people. The two tables will seat 10 people. In addition to the full bath on the first floor, there is another bathroom with shower in the basement. We didn't use them but having a washer and dryer would be handy for longer stays. The views from the living room and kitchen are lovely and we regularly saw deer. The location was fairly convenient for us to spend time with our son's family in Wells and it was lovely. Our party consisted of adults, but this would be a nice location for families with children. The roomy 2 car garage is an asset in inclement weather. Will be staying here again if it is available for future family trips.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!! Very clean and great location for Downtown! Was great for our group of 9! Would easily sleep more!! 3 nice bathrooms ❤️

Nice place to stay right outside Blooming Prairie. Checked all the boxes for our stay. There was enough room for 6 of us. There is only one shower downstairs which worked fine for us with the extra half bath. The heat tended to go upstairs but all the bedrooms are up there so no worries about staying warm at night. Over all we liked the place.

This home is wonderful and worth the stay. The house was immaculate and in a quiet location minutes from amenities. Sara was extremely accommodating to an extended stay and very responsive to any questions. I will be looking for this place again for future stays and I cannot recommend it enough.

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Very clean and organized. The living space was open and inviting as well as the deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to City Park, bars and restaurants downtown. Would definitely return to this house for a family or friends getaway to Clear Lake.

The acreage is absolutely beautiful. We rented the house and the barn, as I was having a surprise birthday party for my Mom. I am from the area, originally, and was bringing my family and friends with me. The house fit 8 of us easily. There are 7 bedrooms and 5 full baths and a half bath. You walk into the house and you feel like you're at home. The set up was perfect with the dining area right off the kitchen, we could play games and be in the kitchen to not miss anything! Everything that we needed was in the house, kitchen appliances/utensils, blankets, etc. If you are thinking of renting the barn, that too is absolutely beautiful and set up perfectly! Full kitchen with industrial fridge, etc. Lacey is absolutely wonderful in responding to anything we needed! She is GREAT! When I come back with a crew from Milwaukee, we will definitely be renting here again!! Thank you, Lacey, for having such a breatiful place!

Water Place fit our needs perfectly! We were able to be together as a larger family under one roof for our family Christmas. The well stocked kitchen was a huge help, and we enjoyed the peaceful river views.
