Three couples stayed at the house for four days. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub is on the smaller end holding three (smaller) people max and no privacy since it is on the deck and faces the neighbors. Only a ten minute Uber ride to downtown. We loved our stay and would definitely rent it again.

The place was better than the pictures. Every room was clean. Thank you for having me!

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

Great location! Would stay there again.

Jason's place was great for a bachelorette weekend. It had everything we could need, even games! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was close to downtown (about a 10 minute drive) and not far from restaurants/stops (about a 5 minute drive). Overall would recommend!

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

There were 3 couples that stayed here and it was perfect. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean, comfortable and organized. Great location, easy to find and in a safe area. Gas station within walking distance and only about 25 mins(with traffic) to Broadway. We would definitely rebook here! 😊

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. Judy’s place is sparkling clean, very comfortable, and peaceful, with beautiful views—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Judy and Bill are exceptional hosts who go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. On our last night, there was a brief but widespread power outage in the area. Judy promptly messaged us with updates, and Bill kindly brought us a portable battery so we could charge our phones if needed. They also reassured us that there was still hot water available for showers, which made us feel completely at ease. We truly felt we were in good hands. Thank you, Judy and Bill, for being such thoughtful and gracious hosts!

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

The house was great for our needs. No negative surprises. Everything was as described. Great location. Comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

We had a aleve group in the condo and it comfortably fits more than they advertise it for. The location is perfect for going out downtown only a 12 minute uber ride. Depending on when and where you go it can be anywhere from 10-45$ for a uber to broadway. The actual area around the house is alright but that’s how all of Nashville is. The beds and appliances were cheap and I wouldn’t call it luxurious but for our 3 night stay it was perfect. Couldn’t have been more happy with everything and the host responded quickly and even let us check out an hour late. Would definitely stay here again.

this little place was perfect! loved the stay and when we come back to the area we will definitely come back to this location! Fran is very responsive and friendly! our furry friend felt right at home aswell, definitely recommended!

Easy to find, and a great place to stay near downtown. Debbie was very responsive and had a great catalog of all her recommendations.

Great place about a mile from downtown Franklin and easy walking distance to the factory , downtown or a local convenience store. Place was very clean and as described. Only improvement would be to have parking access from the side road versus the busy road. Would recommend as a good option for Franklin visitors.

Great location to visit the city. Easily accessible to everywhere you’d want to visit in Nashville. The history of the building is pretty neat too. Host were very responsive and accommodating. Big thank you.

River view and wildlife were great!

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

A wonderful place to stay, the apartment was quite central to lots of great activities to do in Nashville. There were lots of recommendations and activities left for you to do so it was helpful if you didn’t know what to do. It created a fantastic base for our family holiday. Thank you.

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
