William was incredible and sp is his home! extremely responsive and accommodating. I love his home and have been renting it longer term due to a remodeling in my home. The view from the sunroof is breathtaking, and I loved that it has it's own office space for work/school.

A fantastic 5 star stay at this house! The hot tub was AMAZING, super clean & beautiful views. The main king bed is ridiculously comfortable with a great mattress, sheets & duvet especially cozy with the fireplace which was easy to light with the flip of a switch. We caught a huge catfish from the dock & enjoyed the recommendation to hike at the Effigy. We did 5 miles. We also ate at the Bistro on Lake Oconee which was delish. We plan to return in the summer! Despite hurricane craziness knocking out their power for a while, we were able to stay at Karen’s place. She was very good about communicating with us ahead of time so that we knew what to expect, but everything turned out perfectly. It was the perfect escape after a long day! The place was squeaky clean and cozy. I definitely could have stayed longer and not felt like we were lacking in anything.

Since we were there for a fishing tournament, I had the days to myself and it was just what I needed. I was able to relax outside, read and enjoy some much needed downtime. We were able to utilize the boat dock to keep the boat in for the tournament to which the take off ramp was just around the corner. Worked greatly for us all. Thank you.

House is spotless and well-appointed. Backyard is peaceful and private. Hosts were pleasant and very responsive. For long-term stays, I recommend discussing the trash management for your stay before booking, since the hosts do not use the neighborhood's trash pickup service and instead utilize a freezer in the garage; when full, the guest is expected to make a trip to the dump. Overall, however, our stay was relaxing and we appreciated the Savannah Lakes Village's and home's amenities.

Stay here on a work trip and the place was perfect. Super clean and cozy! next time in the area would definitely like to stay again

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will be back. It’s out towards the country but also very close to everything in town. The little complex is quiet and safe, and the units are all excellent. Thanks Debbie and Harry - we will be back!

But for Hurricane Helene interrupting my stay (in town for the Augusta Ironman), my experience with this property and the host could not have been any better! House is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It is located in a very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Just blocks to Augusta National, grocery, and food. About 5 mins from downtown (try Savannah River Brewing). Caring and timely interactions with host after devastating storm hit. Will look forward to staying next year. Thank you!
