This is my fourth time staying here with a fifth already booked. The house is absolutely lovely, cozy warm and inviting. Brandi is an absolute delight to deal with, prompt responses with kindness and humor. When visiting the quad cities is not a question where we will book.

We visited for very busy October weekend and really appreciated the location right above Main Street. The entry was private, well lit and it was nice to have a patio to relax on. Free parking was easy to find right up on Bench street. The unit was very spacious with a sitting area, tv, comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette and large bathroom. The entire place was spotless! The apartment is right above our favorite bakery/coffee shop and is walkable to all shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and park. Even though it is right above Main Street, it was very quiet which is important after being in crowds all day. Can’t wait to visit and stay here again!

We were able to check in a little early since we arrived earlier than anticipated, quaint little apartment full of charm and history. upstairs tenants were quiet, perfect for 3-4 people. just a half block from downtown

James was awesome. Very friendly and helpful answering questions about the area. Would rent again for sure!

It's a great place to stay! Don't hesitate to book. We had a lovely time checking out antiques and thrift stores.

This place is newly redone and beautifully decorated. it has everything that you need. it is on main street, but it isn't too bad for noise. We would love to come back !

Nick’s place is so charming and in the best location for visiting downtown Galena. It’s super clean and spacious, and we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

At the risk of sounding like a broken record for this, my third stay...even on grey, cold winter days I do not tire of looking out the windows and seeing the Mississippi. Tammy's place is just so neat, with the hosts going over and above the call of duty to make me feel welcome. Communications are prompt, easy and to the point and her clean house is a pleasure to stay at. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

This is a great alternative to the hotels for an extended stay. Nice kitchen, very cute layout. Judy is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

the unit is absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited for a visit. Word to the wise though, there is not much in downtown. Wouldn't have been a problem but my luggage didn't make it until the next day which apparently happens a lot at Quad Cities according to everyone I talked to. Had to tip my Uber driver extra to stop at a gas station for toothbrush and toothpaste. Public transport and ride-sharing​ are pretty sparse as well so rent a car ahead of time if you need to get around. Hosts responded immediately. Super easy access with hosts clear instructions. recommend breakfast at the QC Coffee & Pancakes about a block away for a good breakfast after a rough flight.

Great location, easy parking, great place to stay.

This place is a true gem in downtown Galena. Such a fun space, with so much available entertainment. We enjoyed playing pool and the pinball machine. We were so impressed that we plan on returning and bringing the kids for the next visit. Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were all inviting as well, but the centerpiece of the gameroom is the games themselves. Dozens of board games available to play as well. We barely had time to take full advantage. Don is an excellent host, very responsive and friendly, and makes sure the stay is everything you expected. As I stated, we will be back again. Highly recommend this listing!
