Tjough my stay was for a day, from 31st Mar to 1st April. Avinash and his team Anthony ensured everything was just right. Location - Could not have been better, jjst by the bay. (5 stars) Rooms- 5 stars Cleanliness - 5 stars Hospitality - 5 stars Host - Veey Polite and helpful , has a very good taste of things. He has maintained and managed his property extremely well. Our journey did complete on a high note at Udipi (Kapu). All thanks to the stay with Avinash.

The location was perfect for exploring with plenty of restaurants and public transportation options just a short walk away. "Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Tranquil Homestay. We were a group of 7, and it was just perfect. Plenty of room, super clean, and felt like home the minute we walked in. And the host? Absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful. Evenings on the porch with the sea breeze were just magical. It's the kind of place you don't want to leave. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway near Malpe, this is it!"

The property is a great find for people looking to spend time to relax in Udupi. The views from the apartment are outstanding and the interiors are very beautiful. The property is close by to all the attractions and all kind of amenities are available. The hosts very were responsive and helped with all our requests. They ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊

Homestay offers what it promises! Pravin is a highly communicative proactive helpful and responsive host. Super clean, comfortable with a kitchen to cook your meals in, washing machine for laundry, beach within 5 minutes walking distance what more can one ask for a beach holiday. Pravin is very conscientious to maintain the quality of his homestay, always open to suggestions for enhancements and is also very sweet to act as your local guide around. Of course for those who want a break from the kitchen yet homely clean meals, there's Bharati the lovely caretaker next door. Padubidri beach is 15 minutes away and Kapu the lighthouse beach is a 5mts walk, the 2 best beaches in Udupi to spend time at and enjoy. Loved it and carry back lotsa happy memories..don't think twice about booking...excellent choice in Udupi. Thank you Pravin for a wonderful stay.

An amazing place to stay if you want to get away from city’s hustle bustle and relax in a calm and soothing village life with city like amenities. The Airbnb is located in Mattu village and has private access to a beach. The house in itself is very homely, with all amenities available and top tier furnishings. The host Vivek is very proactive in communication and suggestions/recommendations. A special shoutout to the caretaker couple who makes amazing Poha (I personally don’t like it but it has changed my perspective 😅). All in all a 5 star experience, must stay for anyone who wants to relax and unwind. We went there post surfing for three days in Mulki so the change in pace paired even better.

It was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of coconut trees right from the home. Most tourist attractions are nearby with minimal traffic, making it very convenient. The host and house help were exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.
