Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

We stayed at Forestry Cottage to celebrate both my girlfriend’s and my son’s birthdays, and it was truly the best place we’ve ever stayed! The host went above and beyond to make the weekend special—decorating with banners, balloons, and even surprising us with a cake. Their kindness didn’t stop there; they messaged us on the day of arrival to say we could check in early and, on the day of departure, told us we could stay as long as we liked, making the experience even more relaxing. The hot tub was a massive hit with the kids and was spotless, having been freshly cleaned between guests. The whole stay was comfortable, welcoming, and beyond our expectations. We can’t wait to return in the future—highly recommend!

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

We were only able to stay for a couple of nights but this is now our new favourite place in Norfolk and can’t wait to return. The house is so cosy and inviting and I loved the decor. There was a lovely welcome box in the kitchen when we arrived and we felt right at home. It is really quiet and peaceful and yet a two minute walk to some great places to eat. Can recommend Eric’s Pizza and the Two Magpies Bakery. It’s close enough to drive to the beach for walks with your dog and then come home and soak in the hot tub. Perfect stay and looking forward to returning.

We rented this house for 10-11 people to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. The house exceeded all our expectations. The house is very spacious, light and cosy-well looked after and clean, large spacious bedrooms with comfortable furniture and beds. A spacious living room with a large TV, soft sofas and a large dining table, where whole family could gather together. All plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs are in plenty amount. There are 2 freezers, washing machine and also dishwasher. In the garden there is a very good, large hot tub and there is a barbeque place with a dining table outside. Not far from the house there is a forest and several beautiful lakes with hiking trails and a playground where you can walk and kids play. Special thanks to the owner of the house - if there were any questions, you could always contact her. We were all very satisfied with the time spent in this place and will definitely come back here again.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Myself and my partner had a great stay at the cottage, it was very peaceful and had all the appliances and things we needed to enjoy a great weekend away. I'd love to revisit.

Liz's country cottage was truly a perfect hideaway for our long weekend getaway (Mar 28-31, 2025). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and tidy everything was, both inside the house and throughout the grounds. The property itself is absolutely beautiful - exactly as advertised and even more charming in person. The location is stunning, providing the perfect peaceful countryside setting for a relaxing escape. We had an amazing 4 days here, and the comfort and beauty of this cottage played a significant role in making our stay so memorable. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail throughout the property was evident. I would highly recommend Liz's cottage to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a beautiful location. We hope to return again soon!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

This is my 2nd stay and I love it here! So cozy, quite and exactly what you need to just get away Beds are comfy, so clean, kitchen has everything you need, log fire is a great bonus for cozy nights Can’t wait to come back!!

Yvette's house was cosy and just what we were looking for a small dinner party and as a base to explore the Norfolk coast line.

Beautiful surroundings, loved being around all the nature, felt very private and tranquil. Would definitely recommend it to friends in the future and would stay here again when visiting Norwich

Great cottage in Docking, really good area which was nice and quiet. Cottage had all the amenities we needed, great little welcome pack for the dogs. One of our dogs loved the bed and dog blanket provided :) Would recommend for either a couples getaway or family. We will certainly be back in the future! Thank you very much!

A Perfect Weekend Getaway I’d like to start by praising Orla for her exceptional customer service. Her responses to our messages were prompt and incredibly helpful, even when we had to make a few last-minute changes to our booking. She handled everything flawlessly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Orla’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, although our Sat Nav did take us to the right road but the wrong end of the village. Thankfully, two cheerful ladies walking their dogs quickly pointed us in the right direction — just 150 yards away. The cottage itself is absolutely lovely — bright, clean, and spacious. Thoughtful touches like crisp cotton linen on the comfy beds and generously sized, high-quality towels made us feel right at home. The sitting room’s cozy fire burner and the large TV added to the comfort. The garden was a beautiful, relaxed space with the added bonus of a fire pit. We made full use of it, spending most of our time at the cottage

The cottage looked exactly like the photos and was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed. Milk and biscuits on arrival were very useful. Denise was so helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Beautifully presented, well appointed lodges in peaceful surroundings, not to mention the added bonus of donkeys, goats and alpacas as neighbours! Julie and Adam were wonderful hosts, helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure.
