Great stay in a beautifully restored listed cottage. Cosy and warm. Very comfortable bed. Everything immaculate. Lovely quiet little village location just round the corner from a park to walk the dog. A visit to Knaresborough and a walk by the river there is a must. Would definitely stay again and wish we could have stayed longer. Georgina was very helpful and friendly to deal with.

It was lovely little cottage, clean and tidy. In a good location to reach Whitby and robin hoods bay and other surrounding attractions. Lora was very quick at responding to any messages and it was easy to find and get in.

Great stay with friends, very comfortable & homely, Alisha was very quick to respond to a query when we couldn’t find something & even followed up to check that everything was ok. Great location, only a five minute walk via the bridge to get into town.

We loved our stay in this cottage. It was very spacious with a large comfy living area and 2 good sized bed rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Located off a quiet high street with parking at the rear for 2 large cars. A beach in walking distance, plenty of local shops, pubs and a fish and chip shop. Ideal for visiting Scarborough, which is just 4 miles away. Perfect for a family trip away and would definitely recommend.

Our stay was perfect. The location is amazing, right in the heart of York and a short walk to York Minster, which we did every day to “check on her”! Eating places and pubs all close by and in the same street too. Just a wonderful experience in this beautiful medieval city. Highly recommend. And on a clear day you can see York Minster through the roof windows which was delightful.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

This was our second stay in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment and will definitely book again when we’re in Leeds. Wonderful friendly hosts and very comfortable and quiet place to stay with easy access to the centre of Leeds and surrounding areas.

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Karen's cottage! The cottage was absolutely beautiful, with fantastic facilities that made our stay feel so comfortable. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. Karen went above and beyond, even putting up a lovely happy birthday banner. She also left dog treats out for our puppy! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ripon.

What a gem!! The flat is spacious, cozy, and lovely, and had everything I needed for a few days in York. Wish I could have stayed longer, as there is so much to do and take in in York. Louise was so helpful and quickly responsive. I will be back for sure!

Great home with huge rooms and plenty of space for our guests. Lots of ammenities throughout the property and beautiful grounds. Would be helpful to include a guide on how to use the hotub as struggled to get the temperature right. Overall a great stay!

Location was perfect for what we wanted. But the icing on the cake was the sunshine. We had 2 children with us under 7 so the well stocked playroom was a real bonus!

My family and I (7 adults & 1 child) recently stayed at ‘The Cottage’ and we all agreed that it was a wonderful holiday. The house is beautiful, very spacious, spotlessly clean and was well equipped for all of our needs. The hub is definitely the kitchen, we enjoyed playing family board games around the dining table. The gardens are amazing we loved watching wild rabbits, squirrels and cows everyday. It was nice to see home grown vegetables and a herb garden too. Our grandson enjoyed playing football with his dad in the garden, jumping on the trampoline and feeding the fish. It is ideally located for travelling into York and not far from the designer outlet. Our group ranged in age from 2yrs to 78yrs and there was something for everyone to do at the house. We all really needed a family break due to recent illness and enjoyed spending time together making lovely memories. We hope to be able to stay again and thank both Neil and Adrienne for sharing their beautiful home with us.
