cabin was nicely tucked away surrounded by nature. All the amenities were top notch and a joy to use. A very home-y vibe and nicely decorated. The photobook covering the construction of the home was a nice touch. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Wood stove kept us toasty and had no problems keeping the home warm. Everything about the stay gets 5 stars. Would stay again!

This was such a phenomenal place to stay. The access to the river was lovely, and the entire house had so many great touches and details. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds and pillows so so comfortable. Location was fantastic and close to everything you need. I will definitely be back to stay here again !

This was our second time staying here. The location is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Breaks up the craziness of life and allows you to reset and charge your batteries. A night out on the back deck in the hot tub with an adult beverage in hand is perfect. The deer walk right by and does other wildlife. Her coffee bar is amazing and I love it. If you've never slept on a memory foam mattress that's a bit different but still comfortable. We will definitely be renting it again. We're trying to get away every few months. And this place just fits perfectly. Right price, right place, with the perfect amount of amenities.

Thanks for letting us stay at your place. The place was beautiful. Private feeling and with lots of stuff to do at the cottage and on the water. Great place to bring your dogs as well!

I have experienced a few airbnbs to date and must say that I have yet to experience anything unpleasant. That's because of the incredible integrity of hostesses like Charlotte, overseeing places like this sweet gem: true to its advertisement, and very well laid out instructions which kept us from having to inquire about anything. We came to create and we came to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. My husband and I are calling this our "Oasis-Escapis" and plan to bring more monumental celebrations and creative endeavours here. Great Lake front cabin with lots of amenities. Boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, hot tub- kept our family of five, including 3 teenagers occupied for days. Love the addition of the gas fire pit on the porch off the living room- started and ended every day out there, watching and listening to all the lake has to offer. Great trail running right from east shore drive. We loved it! We will be back!

Janice was an amazing host from start to finish! She was quick to respond back to any questions I had prior, while we were there and even after. The house was amazing and offered everything and anything you would need. Literally just had to bring clothes and food that’s it! The house was super clean, organized and looked just like the photos. Literally, I was not blind sided by anything. Everything she wrote about the house was everything we had and saw when we got there. I would recommend this place to anyone! My friends and I will definitely be renting from Janice again!!!

Our family came up to check out the snowfall in the area. We found the listing while eating at The Pine Tree Inn which is right down the road. Seems there was a last minute cancellation which we benefited from! The cabin was very clean and was welcoming. There was so much rustic character. Our family of 4 and 2 dogs felt right at home. The grounds are beautiful and there is so much for everyone to do and enjoy. My husband’s only complaint was that the couch was uncomfortable (but he’s on the taller side). Realized that my brother and his girlfriend had stayed there this summer. We look forward to coming back in the warmer weather and either rent a cabin or bring our camper. We had an excellent stay in the A-Frame. It is peaceful, cosy, thoughtfully-appointed and incredibly well-laid out. Rachel is very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Perfect location, easy access to the cabin and to the snowmobile trails. Cabin is set up nicely. Bill responded quickly when I had a question. I have zero complaints and look forward to booking in the future.

We really enjoyed the snag and drag. Cozy little cottage was perfect for our snowmobile trip. Located directly on the trail. Had everything we needed to cook our meals and relax after long days of riding. John was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Would definitely go back again.

We had a wonderful, cozy, quiet stay. We rented snowmobiles, ate at a great restaurant nearby, grocery shopping was close. Every small amenity was taken care of! Would come back again!

Diego was super responsive at all times with clear instructions on how everything worked. He was also very considerate, knowing it was our anniversary, and offered to meet us there or not in case we wanted privacy. Very accommodating, and since there wasn't anyone there the day before, was okay with us checking in an hour early! The nature around us was great if you like to see animals. The same can be said for spiders though. Probably not the best location if you're severely arachnophobic, though the cabin did come stocked with means to dispose of spiders. The cabin was decent, but Diego as the host is what sets this one apart. Will recommend!

Don's quaint, rustic cottage in a very private setting was just what we were looking for. It's perfect for a couple. For late October, the colours were still glorious, and the space was cozy. Don was very kind, and he even left a card and some treats in the fridge for us in honour of our anniversary. If you're looking to disconnect and find some tranquility, this is the place!

We had an awesome stay at Dawn's cabin! The place is really quiet and private. Even if the place doesn't have electricity and water everything you need is there such as water bottles, snacks, kitchen supplies, BBQ with gaz, wood, pans, candles and chargeable lights, blankets etc. Also we were there to celebrate my birthday and Dawn was really thoughtful by placing some cupcakes for our arrival. Self check-in was also really smooth and well indicated. I totally recommend you to book there. It was such a good weekend to reload our batteries away from the city. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time at this cottage. It's cozy and very comfortable. Beds are great. The kitchen is super well equipped. The deck is a peaceful place where you can enjoy nature. The restaurant in town is very good. Anne-Marie was very nice and lovely. We will be back for sure!

From the very beginning amber and Darcy’s communication was 10/10, she was so thorough that any questions we had were immediately answered and even at the location there were onsite notes for anything to make use that much easier. The location was scenic and so peaceful. It really felt like we were tucked away for the ultimate relaxation. They had everything you need and more to enjoy their cabin to the fullest. Whether you are outdoorsy or not there were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities provided. The neatness and cleanliness made this rustic cabin genuinely so easy to enjoy. Not all hosts provide things you might forget or entertainment but they certainly did. Everyone had their own personal space for the girls trip and the outhouse was so clean it made for a very practical vacation. We are already planning our next trip back! Who thought a winter getaway could be so successful, the weather was amazing and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Thank you again!

Very nice place. It was in a great location right off the snowmobile trail which was perfect for us. The hosts were very helpful and it was very spacious for our group. This is a great place of your looking for somewhere to stay at tug hill!
