The accommodation was very nice, and Ridwaan and Klause were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. I also really appreciated their dog, Colombia—I'm usually scared of dogs, but Colombia was so well-behaved! When I asked it not to come near me, it listened right away, which was such a relief. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful vibe really made the stay memorable. I truly enjoyed my time there and would absolutely go back if my husband and I visit Mpumalanga again. It was the perfect getaway!

We had a lovely family weekend in the Kruger Park Lodge and Heeten's place makes one feel right at home! The Hippo hide and hiking trails are perfect if you love nature and the boys enjoyed some golf! It's nice and close to shops and the swimming pool is right around the corner! Its also only a short 10min drive and you're in the majestic Kruger Park! Heeten is a great host and would definitely recommend! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay, it’s an escape to a peaceful little forest right in the middle of town. Close to most things and the hosts were easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cambalala, Kruger Park Lodge and wished we could’ve stayed longer. It had everything we needed, the decor was beautiful, we really appreciated the daily service/ clean and the staff at the lodge were really helpful. Such a great base for day trips into Kruger. Chevon/ Raymond were always helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed over at Silke's place for 2 nights. The check-in was a breeze which really helped after a very long day of traveling. The house was clean and our experience overall was lovely. Would highly recommend Silke's place to anyone traveling to the Kruger.

This cottage is beautifully located at the river and it’s the perfect base to explore nature. Unfortunately we got caught in heavy rain so couldn’t see anything-that’s why we will be back as soon as possible. Charl is the most friendliest host and his dogs are adorable. Thank you Charl!

The place is great! Beautiful views and amenities. The house is beautiful and the host has a great taste! Very stylish home! The only downside is the home executive/helper who is very casual in ensuring the place is cleaned properly for the next guests… but otherwise beautiful memories were created at this listing! It was FANTASTIC indeed!!! me and my friends would, given an opportunity… boom this listing over and over again!!!

If you are just looking for a bed to sleep in, there are plenty of places to go. But if you a seeking a truly amazing experience in a wonderfully creative architectural environment then the salt cave cottage is definitely something you should try to book. I was there for a week and never left. It was exactly the kind of break I was looking for!

What a glorious home, everything you need is in the house. Even containers ! Attention to detail was great. The art is fantastic throughout the cottage. It was a real treat to see the works. It’s private, secure, quiet and so comfortable and accessible to the sights in the area.
