The place is right in the middle of the city and hence connectivity becomes very easy. The house is very clean and all the amenities are being properly manage right from the kitchen to air-conditioning etc. Highly recommend this place to everyone if you're going to Cochin.

5/5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were in our own little paradise. The house is stunning, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what really made our stay special was the breathtaking scenery surrounding the home. Waking up to the sweet songs of birds every morning was pure bliss! We also appreciated the great privacy this home offered - it was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We can't recommend this home enough! If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway, this is the perfect place for you

We went as a group of 5 friends for a night over staycation..This cottage is a very homely abode with direct access to the Famous River Periyar..we had arranged a potluck but swiggy is also accessible.The owners will arrange paddy field exploration,boat rides, kayaking or fishing at Ure behest..the sunset view is lo behold!!! The sprawling paliakkal palace,a heritage synagogue ,templeS and churches are all lined up as a tourist attraction in close proximity to this cottaGe..we had a wonderful stay over..bedrooms are airconditioned with attached baths..amenities like refrigerator, washing machine, tv , stove nd basic crockery nd cutleries ,bedsheets nd towels are available.

On a passé un séjour magnifique! Les hôtes étaient vraiment sympa et nous ont donné plein de recommendations pour Kochi. La maison etait très belle, propre et confortable est située à un quartier calme . Je recommande vivement!

We had a wonderful stay at this place- Koovalapoo Island Villa ! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by water, making it a peaceful and scenic retreat. The place was exactly as described in the listing—neat, clean, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Prasad, the caretaker, who made our experience even better by assisting with check-in and ensuring we got our meals on time. His hospitality was truly commendable. Overall, a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

This place by the Offbeat crew is exactly as described. The location is the best, there are a few amazing spots around the property such as a natural pool with amazing lighting at night, an incredible balcony perfect for bird watching all times of day and a few stargazing spots at night. The host is more than happy to sort out lunch and dinner as well as planning lovely offbeat days out such as trekking through the jungle or going to secluded waterfalls, completely alone. It really feels like the surroundings are all yours!

This place is absolutely beautiful and images won’t do the justice. Property is at the backwaters with amazing view and peaceful surroundings. I had wonderful time and Deepak is a great host.

This was a wonderful experience for our group of six - from the kind welcome and the mint lemonade served just as we arrived, to the daily bowl of fruit and general hospitality. The cleanliness of the space is unsurpassed. The space is stylish and the hosts were available whenever we needed to speak to them without ever being obtrusive. We ate breakfast next door and that was a great experience too - very simply, homestyle meals that were very affordable and tasty.

Manu was a wonderful host. He went the extra mile and accompanied us to various sites. Whenever we needed him, he was available and took the trouble to take us to the right places. He's easy to talk to, friendly and guided us throughout our stay. Loved the stay, the campfire he arranged for us and the guidance he provided on the different places that we could visit and was there for us throughout. Thank you Manu.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at Eden cottage. Deepu and his family were very helpful and friendly. Great place for get-togethers since the indoor pool and cozy living area were exactly what we wanted.
