Easy to find place! perfect location in the middle of the city. value for money

The apartment is spacious and very plain and simple with no decoration but is everything you need for a short stay. Great to have the swimming pool across the street (but still in the complex). And rhe security and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in District 2.

This place in Lafayette is coveted and nice. Location is awesome in the center of the city, walkable to many great places and attractions. Host Lillie is responsive and very helpful. would recommend this place to friends and family.

Great stay! The apartment was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Being on the 23rd floor, the view of the bridge from the balcony was a nice bonus. The building is high-end with great amenities, including a big, pristine pool. The neighborhood was awesome—lots of cafes, restaurants, and a park by the bridge where people gathered for evening picnics. Super easy to get around with Grab or get food delivery. While there was some minor construction on the upper floor, it didn’t bother us. The host was responsive, and you could tell he had put a lot of thought into making the place feel like home-anything you might need was provided. Overall, a fantastic place at a great price. Would definitely stay again!

Hello. The accommodation was very clean and in excellent condition. The 29th floor with great view was especially nice. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time when I visit Ho Chi Minh.

The room is equipped with everything so it was really easy to get settled in. The hosts are very responsive and super helpful. It's a basic place, but there's always hot water, air-conditioning and the WiFi is suitable for working remotely. The bed is comfortable and the area is mostly quiet the whole day.

I had a wonderful stay at Felix’s listing. The room matches the description with room being very clean and smelled nice upon arriving. I asked for early check in and I was lucky Felix was able to accommodate me. This room was on the 23rd floor so helped a lot with the street noise. Felix was very responsive and quick to answer any of my questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend👍👍👍

Amazing Stay in the suburban area of Ho Chi Minh City! We had a fantastic stay at Thànhs apartment! The location is perfect for families with easy access to great restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thànhs was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The building felt safe, and the amenities were top-notch. very good host. highly recommended. however the pool is not available if this is important to you. it's very strict pool policy and even the host attempts were in vain.

Overall it was a great stay, however place was smaller than expected.

Spacious clean room, great location and the area has lots of coffee shops and restaurants.

There was a slight problem at check-in as the apartment we originally booked was not available. We were moved to another building for the first night which was not ideal. However, Khue put us in a larger apartment in the original building we had booked for the remainder of the stay. Communication was great, location was fantastic, the apartment/building was beautiful.
