We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

The house was clean and tidy with a large kitchen and separate dining area. all 6 double bedrooms were spacious. The owner responded to messages immediately. The main city centre is on 10 minutes away by taxi. ($2)

Great stay!

For a group of 7 people, having a bathroom in each bedroom was extremely convenient. However, the rooms are on the 2nd to 4th floor, and the stairwell is quite cramped.

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

The place is as shown in the advertisement. Gilbert is a very friendly, helpful and can easily engage in conversation and discussion.

staying 4 nights at this place is like staying home. the unit was so clean, white beddings, pillow and towels compliments a lot to the overall ambience of the room. there were complimentary beer, water, coffee, orange drink , candies given. host is very accomodating,. I like the place so much because it is very near tourist spots at HCMC. Ben Thanh market, cafe apartments, Saigon centre, Saigon sky decj, opera house n other places to see. will stay here again in my next trip

I really enjoyed my stay. This is pretty much. Self contained development with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The gym was well equipped. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Everything as described, easy check-in and responsive host.

Very good apartment to have a peaceful staycation and relax. All is easy and new. The facilities are great and very close to all major places in District 1 Much recommended. Check with owner if the access to the pool is still allowed as they are closing access soon for short term renting. Thank you again

They met me outside late at night and guided me inside. They did my laundry and brought me an extra fan. Immediate location wasn't very touristy which I liked. I enjoyed walking outside and not seeing a tourist attraction but I could take a short walk or Grab/Taxi to many tourists places.

Great place to stay in d2, clean and tidy!

Dasha is very responsive, helped to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment had everything necessary for a long stay (dishes, cleaning tools) There are many cafes, restaurants, a shopping center and a metro line within walking distance.

I had such a comfortable stay at this place. Exceptional view and golden location with heaps of shops/restaurants located in the neighbourhood. The place clean with minimalism decoration style. I did feel like home!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. First of all, the location was good—conveniently situated in Bình Thạnh District, it only took about 10 minutes by taxi to get to District 1, where most of the major attractions are located. Using Grab was super easy and affordable, usually around 3-40,000 VND per ride. The apartment itself was clean and very well-maintained—just like the photos. You can tell the hosts really take care of the space and pay attention to the details. The bathroom was well-stocked, even with disposable toothbrushes, which was a thoughtful touch. One thing we really appreciated was the host’s kindness and attentiveness. They even checked in with us to see if we needed anything else during our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they brought them right away, which made us feel very well taken care of. Communication was smooth and quick from beginning to end. I will stay here again when I visit HCMC again.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

We had an excellent stay at Kim's place. It's very accessible to other districts by ride hailing appa and the area has lots of stores/coffee shops. The kitchen was complete with everything we need to prepare breakfast or have home-cooked meal. Kim was very responsive and I personally enjoyed going to the gym and pool. There are two entrance to go up, the smaller one goes directly to her unit. The keycards doesn't work with one or two lifts at the main entrance but it's not an issue. We also noticed a loud karaoke noise at the pubs opposite the condo between 8pm-10pm but minor, just enjoy the local music scene ... everything else was topnotch. Thanks Kim and Megan, will recommend to friends from PH and SG visiting your lovely city.
