The apartment is cozy and very clean, making it feel like home. The interior is beautiful and modern, with tasteful decoration and all the necessary amenities. The space is spacious and airy, perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. I will definitely return here next time!

Great place! Although instructions to get in seem complicated, Nam’s instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The building has a brewery, cafe, and I think some restaurants nearby but otherwise we used Grab’s to get around. Nam set up airport transportation for us worked out great. The space is super clean and minimalist style. Views from the balcony are amazing! We were two couples traveling together so it was a little awkward that the primary bed/bath is was fancier than the the other one but the small room turned out to have a very comfortable bed (primary bed felt very firm but I only sat on it for a few minutes). The only thing that I wish I’d figured out from the start is the hot water, not sure if it just doesn’t get too hot or if we were flipping the hot water switch the wrong way. Overall a great deal and a great place! Thank you Nam!

Great unit to stay in D1. Close to convenience store and super market. Walkable to my favourite banh cuon restaurant. Had some issues with the card not working for the lock. Building was well kept. Pool was beautiful, gym was well equipped for a gym rat like myself. Great value.

Our stay at Opera Residence was absolutely gorgeous—truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced, even better than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed in. The attention to detail in the design, comfort, and high-level amenities made our experience unforgettable. One of the highlights was the bathroom—spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the LG dryer in the closet, which was such a convenient touch. The entire space felt luxurious, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The view from our room was stunning, and despite being in a central location, it was remarkably quiet. The thick, noise-canceling windows made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. Another standout feature was the beautiful pool—a perfect place to relax and unwind. Quite area with good location to D1. The aptm is clean enough and has all facilities including air purifiers which is totally amazing. Easy to communicate with Tiff and really supportive.

If we return, we know where we will be staying! Thank you for being a great host as well

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

The location of the building is great, close to stores and restaurants. The building is very private and secure. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and modern.

We had a great stay in this spacious apartment, perfect for our family with 2 kids. We liked the location in a complex with lots of amenities (kids playground, pool, tennis courts..), just across a shopping Mall with restaurants, and close to a metro station. Easy check-in, we were provided with all the essentials, and the washing machine is a big plus. Host was truly helpful, responsive and informative. We even got to enjoy Tết festivities right outside our building. Thank you!
