Very responsive host. Brad went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a comfortable one.

The building is old, but in good condition and clean inside. Parking place is at the back of the house. The apartment is upstairs, and as described, there really is a flight of stairs to access the unit and the bedroom. If you are visiting during the hot summer, be prepared for hot rooms - no A/C, just a floor fan in each room. As mentioned in some previous reviews - very limited outlets, so if you want to charge your phone in the bedroom, you have to unplug the lamp or the fan. Ryan's place was a great choice for me and my family as it allowed us to enjoy walking the boulevard and Marina Park of Thunder Bay. It is also within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store (Freshco) and LCBO. Both hosts (Ryan and Alicia) were friendly and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

Leslie was an amazing host and responded to us very quickly when we were in need of a last minute check in. We were very impressed at how clean the house was. It was also very well furnished with all the essentials easily accessible. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home. We thought this place in Rossport was absolutely brilliant. It was quiet and private, set back from the road, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a peaceful break in winter. The owner is very helpful and very proactive. I hope to go back some day.

Spacious, clean, modern condo with ample room for everyone to spread out and lounge around. Condo is on a quiet residential street but conveniently within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. We’ll keep the address in mind for the next time we come to TBay.

Close to a lot of amenities downtown/the waterfront. The street was quiet, place was easy to access and I felt right at home! Great value for the stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone
