The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Mollys place is a gem. As are her and her family. I loved staying here for work. It was comfortable and private, but they were very communicative whenever needed. Park is very close by, the house is incredibly comfortable. Id recommend it for anyone needing a place in this area. 10/10

Vivian made us feel very welcome and the place was ideal for us . Being so close to Epping Forest and the Lake was an added bonus …

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

a welcome self contained studio, with lovely garden. Not a luxury place to stay, but all the basics you'd need. (really good shower room though) Ludmil was very accommodating and commicative as I extended my stay.

I had a lovely weekend in the cabin. It was a welcome peaceful retreat in the evenings after exploring central London. The best nights’ sleep I’ve had when visiting London! Transport into the centre was easy and there were plenty of food and shop options locally too. Would look to stay again.

Lovely place. Immaculate. Lovely touch providing cereals, tea, coffee, some fruit and biscuits. Our little boy loved looking at the pond in the garden and seeing all the fish. Thank you for having us, a lovely stay.

The place was as described. I had no issues with checking-in and the host answered any questions that I had pretty quickly. The only issue I had was with the heating. The room is located in the back of the garden, so it was very cold. With the heating, for some reason it kept turning off so I had to keep putting it on again. But other than that everything was great!

Cabin was very nice and comfortable, well stocked and everything you need for one night stay. Easy to find and gain access, host was very responsive. I wasn’t aware that it was a cabin in someone else’s garden but maybe that was an oversight on my part, overall very happy and would stay again.

The annex and garden were absolutely beautiful. The annex was very clean. The beds were really comfy and we felt right at home. It’s in a nice quiet location. Loredana was really friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stop again and would recommend to friends.

This was a perfect place to stay for me and my two young teens. The location was exactly what worked for us. The beds were as comfortable as they looked, tidy, spacious, and very accommodating for bathroom and kitchen use. I appreciated having the use of washer, dryer, and the large open kitchen. The neighborhood is walkable, easy to get to underground and shops nearby. Would highly recommend to those with kids/teens and will absolutely remember this location, should we need another stay in London again. Thank you so much for allowing us the great accommodation! :)

Great location and room

A beautiful, quiet location whilst still being in a bustling town. The place itself is very quaint and the interior decor is very stylish, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Kim was super helpful and considerate and went out of her way to help when required. I will absolutely make this Airbnb my first choice when returning to the area. Thank you Kim. John

I had a great stay with Adam and Shan. I appreciated their welcome as well as the accommodation itself, it felt cosy and safe and was the perfect place to relax after busy days in London! The location is ideal, it's a short walk to the DLR which makes it perfect to explore London. I also enjoyed trying Adam and Shan's recommandations, being a pub, a restaurant or a museum, I discovered fantastic places thanks to them both! Thank you! I
