Tessin : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die der Beschreibung entspricht und direkt im Stadtzentrum liegt. Piroska hat sich immer sofort zurückgemeldet und es war ein extrem freundlicher Kontakt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Logement très bien équipé et très agréable: lumineux, bien chauffé, spacieux même pour 3 personnes. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire. Présence d'une terrasse lumineuse. Les lits sont vraiment confortables. Nous reviendrons :)

Wunderbare Wohnung und sehr sauber. Bushaltestelle gerade 3min entfernt. Feines italienisches Restaurant gerade 5min zu Fuss entfernt. Der Parkplatz 🅿️ für das Auto ist sehr gross und auch mit grösseren Autos kein Problem. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktioniert einwandfrei und sehr zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🤩 Danke 👍

Nous avons passé quelques jours pour voir le festival de film et le logement était parfaitement situé pour y aller à vélo. on ne peut que le recommander.

This place was perfect. Exactly as described. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of space. But four could easily have enjoyed this space as well. Incredibly clean and well kept. We loved the glass enclosed space and balcony. You could draw the curtains for privacy if needed. The glass at the top allowed you to see the night sky and the stars. Plenty of spaces outside for two hour parking and a parking lot that was 3-5 minute walk if we needed to leave the car for longer. The roads leading to the apartment are a little windy, but once we found it, it wasn't complicated at all and we got our bearings very quickly. Quiet neighborhood, close to the castles, the river, and shopping (all within 7 minutes or less driving). Highly recommended.

Der Aufenthalt war makellos! Patrizia war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Überbauung war trotz Grösse sehr ruhig und die Lage perfekt da man viele Orte gut zu Fuss erreichen kann. Die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da was man benötigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Fabrizio is a very nice man and an involved host in the best possible way. I loved having him as a host and would recommend his place to anyone - it's beautiful!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung können wir sehr weiterempfehlen.

Petit weekend prolongé en famille (parents avec 4 enfants entre 18 et 11 ans). Nous avons adoré ce petites maisonnette en haut du village, très tranquille - loins des grandes routes. Intérieur très rénové très modern et pratique, mais avec le charme d'une vielle bâtisse. A proximité des transport public et bien situé entre Lugano et Locarno - idéal pour aller à la découverte de la région (culture, ballade, randonnée). Nous avons pas utilisé la cuisine - mais il nous semblait bien équipé (manquait peut-être une grande casserole pour faire des spaghetti pour 6 personne). Bruno était très réactif et il était facilement joignable. On espère revenir une autre fois pour rester plus longtemps!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung/das Haus ist sehr toll. Es war (im Herbst) sehr ruhig. Und allen hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Une maison et un jardin parfaits pour qui recherche le calme dans un environnement magnifique. Très bien équipée, cette maison de famille est toutefois assez rustique et convient particulièrement pour la belle saison. Jardin spacieux, complètement privatif avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le hameau de Frasco. Spots de baignade loin des lieux hyper fréquentés accessibles à pied + départ de jolies randonnées faciles (Sonogno à 30min le long de la rivière et dans la forêt).

Schönes kleines Studio mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Doris war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Wandertipps versorgt. Schöne Lage, perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt – sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, sie ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Zudem ist sie sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Gerne werden wir wieder in dieses schmucke Tessinerhäuschen zurückkommen. Herzlichen Dank Anita.

Had a great stay at Raffaella’s apartment. The view is amazing. The welcome drinks & food were a lovely touch. We spent as much time on the balcony as possible. It is a very hilly area, so the nearby bus stop was very useful. The apartment was extremely peaceful at night.

Oktober 2024, 2 Personen Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser schönen, gepflegten Wohnung gefühlt. Sie ist hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. 2 gleichwertige tolle Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und Qualitätsbettwäsche. Sehr großzügiger Essplatz,auch zum Arbeiten geeignet, super Internet durchgängig. Traumhafter Blick vom schönen Balkon und aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Diese Wohnung ist einfach TOP! Schöne, ruhige Umgebung und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zur Promenade. Brigitte ist ein sympathischer, aufmerksamer Host und hilft, wo sie kann. Wichtig ist, auf die Eincheck und Auscheck-Zeiten zu achten und ein paar Regeln, dann kannst du hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.

A great apartment to spend a holiday in. Outstanding view and general location. Apartment had all of the amenities that we required. Andrin was a great host and responsive at all times. The swimming pool was a huge advantage to all of us (3 generations of our family).

Great apartment close to the city center. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. There is a lidl supermarket close by, which is nice in case you need anything. The parking spot is not right next to the apartment (1 min walk), we had a lot of luggage so the back and forth between the car and the apartment was a bit tedious. Overall great value for the money, we would come again.

Francesca ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat sehr schnell auf die Anfragen reagiert und alles klar und verständlich erklärt. Super schöne Wohnung, die liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind! Vielen Dank!

Die Kommunikation mit Paula war super sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Als wir wegen vielem Schnee zuhaus blieben hat sie uns gefragt ob wir alles haben was wir brauchen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Unsere Ferienwoche in der sehr charmanten Wohnung von Patrizia & Gianfranco hat uns riiiiiiiesig 🥰 gefallen! Alles war perkekt: sehr stilvolle, gemütliche Wohnung mit grosser Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Sehr sauber, feine Düfte umhüllten die Wohnräume! Sehr grosszügiger, toll arrangierter Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht 😍! Patrizia & Gianfranco kommunizierten sehr proaktiv & liebenswürdig! Es war spürbar, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt 💖! Viiiiiielen Dank euch Beiden ❣️

Posizione perfetta per godersi il centro di Lugano e il suo lungolago. La casa è accessoriata di tutto, pulitissima e Luisa è meravigliosa,gentile e presente. Sono stata benissimo infatti sono tornata per la terza volta!
