We all enjoyed using the golf cart to get back and forth from parking area. Riding over the 2 bridges through the swamp was beautiful and exciting. Everything one could possibly need was there. The home was a rustic cabin but beautifully furnished and comfortable.

Richard was a great host. Appreciated the stay, suggestions on places to eat and help with getting inside. Richard also added we could check in early. Which we didn’t need but was good to know and appreciated the information. House was clean, well stocked. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy in and out!

The best family vacation we’ve had to date! The Landing was immaculate! Melinda thought of everything!!! The neighborhood was safe and everyone was so kind! Each day we took off for a new adventure. You can go an hour or less in any direction and find something amazing to do! We loved coming home each evening to relax at The Landing! We will 100% be back!

First of all, the photos do not do justice. This home is stunning! The combination of amazing views from the decks/windows were phenomenal. The tranquility of being so close to the water was the perfect escape from the busy pace of everyday life. The home was equipped with everything we needed and we only left to buy extra snacks. We enjoyed lounging out on the deck watching the boats pass by and did a little fishing, spent so much of our time in the pool that we had forgotten about all of the game options/activities that were available in/outside of the home. Our nights were spent out on the swings by the fire pit, listening to music. Kacie and John were quick to respond with any questions that we had. The home was easy to get to, quiet, and very private. Plenty of room for everyone! Our first annual girls trip with a party of 6 had the best time and plan to visit again next year. I will recommend this home to everyone I know! Perfection! Wonderful host! First time booking on air b & b, was very easy and very efficient. Host was easy to contact, great communication and wonderful friendly vibes from both John and Dionna. Beautiful area, even with rain. Saw lots of alligators, and fish, and friendly faces! Will hopefully rebook next year for spring break!

We stayed here for a week and a half. The place was a nice cozy cottage with everything we needed. It was a rural setting with a very large yard and porch. Although it was too cold when we visited , it would have been perfect to sit on the porch at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Casa Del Rio was a wonderful place to chill. The place was HUGE. I think all of us (6 women) were doing our makeup in the Master bathroom at once, its about the size of a large kitchen! The kitchen and family room are an open concept and located right off the hot tub & pool area, so that was great for social circulation. the house is VERY remote, but there are a couple really good local restaurants about 5 min away. There is a grocery store about 10 min away. We saw a gecko on the out side of the house, and an aligator in the river as soon as we got there! Chris, the host was very responsive, and even proactive about communication. He also had 2 other people (sub hosts?) that were ready to jump in and help if needed. wonderful stay.

Stephanie's place was a great home away from home. The home was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had such great amenities and high quality prep and cookware. Beds were very comfortable. Each member of our family was highly satisfied with our stay and the close proximity to the sports complex and the city of Hammond. We were very pleased.

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! Everything was as expected and described. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The place was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was plenty of space for our family, and the kids and my husband loved the dock. Plus, Walmart and plenty of places to eat were just 8-10 minutes away. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful state of Louisiana and having a relaxing place to come back to!

Cannot express enough how nice this home and land is. I will definitely be staying again when visiting. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and good location to everything needed. Myself and friends were very comfortable and at peace at this location.

Brought my in-laws and they wanted a place near the water and quiet. Anna’s place fit that description perfectly. About 6 miles from downtown Ponchatoula where they have several nice restaurants to eat at. Overall a great get away!

Carla was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had or help if needed. The home as very well maintained, clean, equipped and organized. The coffee bar and little treats basket were a big hit with my family. Location is perfect. Feels secluded enough, but with very easy access to the highway and restaurants. We will absolutely consider staying again if the need arises.

My stay was wonderful! It was easy to find, easy to check in and was just like the pictures. It was even better in person. There were plenty of amenities and the kitchen was stocked with food and snacks. Clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. I had everything I could possibly need there!The hosts were very responsive and helpful! Will definitely come back!

Melissa’s place was amazing! The house is beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was great. Melissa was very pleasant to talk to, she sent recommendations for restaurants. The house was very family friendly for our 3 kids. It had plenty of toys to keep them entertained and very spacious. We high recommend this house!!

Our situation was a bit unusual, in that we had a major car accident on the way to the property. Whitney was really understanding, and helped take care of our needs in the situation. She was so accommodating and responsive, which was great!

Brian was awesome to do buisiness with and I will reach out to him from now on, it was super awesome to only have to bring a couple of changes of clothes and some food and your ready for the weekend because he has plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, and also body wash and shampoo which I had forgotten to bring. The real magic and appeal to his place for me is definitely his outstanding dock and patio area I couldn’t ask for a better stay!

We hosted an event at Southeastern and this house was literally in walking distance to our venue. The host was very responsive and helpful and the house was just as described. Everything went very smoothly and we are very pleased. If we host here again we would love to stay at this house again!

The house was quiet, private and very clean. The host was very responsive and checked up on us. The location is peaceful and easy to get to the highway to go to NOLA. The amenities were plentiful and very appreciated! We would stay there again if in the area.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful Airbnb located in a safe area. The back porch overlooking the bayou was the perfect spot for our morning coffee, and the home was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. Our host exemplified southern hospitality, making us feel truly welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely incredible stay at The Rose Mound on the Blood River! Steven was an outstanding host—super accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for me and my crew of six. The peaceful nature setting was exactly what we needed. We spent time relaxing by the river, exploring the Indian mounds, and just soaking in the vibe of the place. The log cabin living room had that cozy, rustic charm, and the outdoor deck was the perfect spot for hanging out and enjoying the view. We had an absolute blast and are already talking about our next trip back. Can’t recommend The Rose Mound enough!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, and so peaceful. My only complaint was I couldn't stay longer. host was really nice and helpful when I had questions. I would defiantly book again.

Great location. Quiet, cozy. It was perfect for me and 3 others. We even made breakfast and dinner because we love a clean kitchen. And we drove from Chicago and Texas, so the comfortability was a must. We WILL be back. Thank you so much.
