A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

This is a nice home and my group had a nice time there. The house was cozy and the hot tub was a big plus. It was a unique experience to visit in the winter! May seem obvious - but remember the lake may not be usable because of ice!

Especially off-season, this was a great place to relax and unwind for the weekend. Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful location, scenery and amenities. Host was helpful and supportive to get us settled. We would love to come again.

Dale's place was great. After Dale gave us a tour and we went grocery shopping and settled in, we felt calm and peaceful here. There were ample amenities in the home for us to make us comfortable, and we spent our time doing as little as possible - taking in the waterfront views from the deck and the hot tub. We felt sad to leave and appreciated the time to rest and rejuvenate and reflect! We would stay here again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was easily one of the best. Everything was exactly as described, and maybe even better than described. It had tons of amenities and a well stocked kitchen perfect for our large family. Spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay there again.

Excellent location right on the Chesapeake Bay, and fantastic communication. Host always responded within an hour or even less, even a month ahead of our reservation. I echo all the other positive reviews for this property and how exactly it matches the photos. Couple things to note for future tenants 1. The two private piers/docks (shown in listing photos) beside this property are not accessible by guests. Those belong to other houses. 2. Running water has a yellow tinge. Host explained that it is due to mineral deposits in the entire neighborhood but it’s completely safe for drinking and other use. However, I have chronic GI problems and often get constipation from mineral rich water. So I bought cartons of drinking water from the nearby Food Lion.

This is my second time staying at this place - I typically rent over the winter break. The owner keeps it in good shape. The basics are available and in good working order. I appreciate that there is plenty of space yet feels warm and is easy to heat up so you’re always cozy in the winter. It easily fits 6-8 people without a need for couches. Folks have plenty of space to spread out between bedrooms and the eating/dining room. Good space for movie night (tv is large and two couches are comfortable). Provides some board games and the outdoor space is huge so lots of room for kids and pets to run around, or deck space to get in some early or sunset yoga /meditations. While it is on a main road, it’s set back and incredibly private. Sunlight comes in so well but at night, I felt safe! Doors lock tight and front has bright lights so no one can hide. Plenty of parking for 4-6 cars though without any pulling out /double parking, easily fits 4. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We had our two dogs with us while we stayed for over 2 weeks waiting to move into our new house. Fenced in yard was a life saver and plenty of room for us to celebrate Christmas
