This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

We spent 8 hours on the streets of Hanoi visiting airbnb places that looked nothing like in the photos. This place was a bit pricy buy we wanted to have a look and we met with the owner who was very friendly and allowed us to have a look at the flat before we book. The place was super clean, in a very quiet location, near the lake and close enough to the old city. You can take a grab bike or a car for an affordable fee. It is so much better than being in the center. The host was very responsive and gave us all the tips and sugestions I ask them about. Internet is working great, and the flat has a washing machine and super fast dryer which was great! The flat also has a pool table! Definitely a place you can rest and relax. Please note that this is a pricy option for Hanoi, but its quite worth it! I fully recommend this place to couples, families, and singles looking for more comfor as we did. Thank you!

Such a serene little location right next to Hanoi. It is beautiful in terms of nature but also in terms of the design. Loved the little bunker - very functional but be mindful that if you are taller you will need to crouch a bit. The restaurants are great and there are lots to do.

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

This is our second time here but with different host. The place was great we love it here, we took full advantage of using the washing machine and drying machine, just that the sliding door of the clothe is broken and quite hard for us to use it. Overall is great and Ly is okay at accomodating us. Thank you

The best place to stay in Hanoi. A little outside the center of the city the people here are brighter and friendlier. Hospitality is like coming home. Internet is great. Hot water. Quiet neighborhood. And if you want to go to the center you can easily get a taxi for less than $5 or rent a scooter for the day for less than $5. We stayed here a little over a week and felt like family.

If you’re looking for a calm place with amazing view then this is the place for you. Only thing keep in mind is the location which is a bit far from Hanoi. Happy stay 😊
