We had an incredible stay at this charming piece of old Florida! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in the Bayou. Watching a dolphin hunt for its evening meal was a unique highlight of our trip. The kayaks were a hit with the kids, and the well-equipped kitchen made mealtime a breeze. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room to move around and a fantastic well built patio cover, adirondack chairs, outdoor cooking area. The second refrigerator downstairs was a true lifesaver for keeping our four little ones hydrated. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was a huge plus, and the grandparents loved their private room with a bath and outdoor patio. *kids ages from 13,10, & 6 plenty of activities available from sun tanning, board games, tvs, to giant basket of Legos. Also great spot for fishing! Thank you for being such a wonderful host! We can’t wait to plan our next stay!”

Daiby was very responsive. We needed something last minute and was coming in at midnight and thankfully Daiby responsed and had her place available. It was clean and quite. We did see a few cute dogs at our stay!

my family and I stayed here for spring break. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The pool was great and warm, (we paid the extra to have it heated). The house had pretty much everything we needed. we did spend more time out exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful, you can tell there have been a lot of recent updates. The location on the canal has a beautiful view and the neighborhood is quiet. The spacious rooms and plentiful sleeping locations makes this ideal for families.

We had a great anniversary trip at Brian's place! The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

The house is exceptional and Patty is an excellent host. This is my 2nd time staying at the property and will plan to return because the lakeside location is fantastic. Plenty of space to host large families with several indoor and outdoor activities depending on weather and time of day. One of my favorite places to stay!

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

My family and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Steve was very responsive and prompt. The heated pool was a highlight for my family. Watching the boats on the canal was so relaxing. Would highly recommend this especially if you are a boater. They have direct access to the gulf and an available dock to tie up to.

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

We would stay here again. Spacious and clean with a super pool and lovely evening views watching dolphins from the upper deck. Angela responds quickly and is helpful. The house is very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The location has local restaurants a 3 minute drive away. Great place to relax after Christmas!

Winter break from Ohio weather , was alittle chiller than we thought , but not stormie issue , lives the little place and was perfect for my dtr and I get away ! Cleaning people forgot toilet paper and stormie was going to have some delivered for us which was thoughtful but not needed , would definitely come back !

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

We’ve stayed here before and it has always been great. My 3 kids enjoy the house and feel at home there. We come over for scalloping and bring our boat. The Hudson boat ramp is close by and easy to launch from, Linda’s house is a quick boat ride from there with plenty of depth in the canal. House is very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We look forward to coming back again!

This place was incredible, the views were absolutely insane, beautiful home, just a perfect location for restaurants and close to all major stores, it was absolutely perfect!!

This was a wonderful place for seven ladies to relax and recharge. The location is great. Lots of boat and kayak traffic in the backyard. Great people watching. Everyone was very friendly. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is very comfortable and exactly as pictured. Sonia was very welcoming and responsive. We didn’t want to leave.

Just as described… clean, quiet, on the water… used the provided bikes to take a short ride around the community… plenty of options and recommendations provided for local restaurants…easy to navigate around the area and short drive to the springs!

Great house! Hard to get in contact with evolve but the host himself was more than helpful and great! Access to the water and sandbar was awesome! Put the boat in at blue pelican marina and got to the house with no issues on the water. Had a great time! Birds made the power go out a few times and the internet was out for the first few days of our stay. But the house was awesome, good access to stores and restaurants. Fantastic place to stay!! I would Recommend this house to a friend!

The location is wonderfully perfect! There was a little bit for everyone to enjoy. We all thoroughly enjoyed starting and ending the day from the dock, the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed the Singing River Tour with Captain's John and Luk. We hope to be back again.
