Casa super comoda para disfrutar en familia y con amigos. Tiene amplios baños y dormitorios. La parrilla, galeria y pileta perfectas para disfrutar en verano.

beautiful, spacious and inviting for large groups. linens cozy, water pressure and temp good. loved the grand piano, well kept greenery, many windows, art books scattered everywhere and multiple sitting spaces. not very walkable, especially if hot. no grocery stores or coffee nearby. need to drive 10 minutes. wifi signal could be stronger. good thing we bought our own ground coffee for the french press. they have a nespresso type machine. best part was host was flexible with a late checkout which really made a difference. loved this place!

Todo perfecto como siempre

Todo un 1000! Florencia y Andrés muy amables, atentos y súper simpáticos. La casa es súper cómoda, varias habitaciones y el baño de arriba tiene doble bacha y sectorizado el baño y la ducha, lo que resultó muy cómodo a la hora de prepararnos para el Lolla. También fueron muy flexibles a la hora del check-out, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo. Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí! Recomendamos 100%

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

Gran opción de alojamiento en relación calidad/precio. Ubicado en una zona preciosa, tranquila y segura, pero cercana a estaciones de tren, bus y tiendas/farmacias. Además, Fabian fue muy atento y amable desde el primer momento. Sus instrucciones claras y disponible a responder las consultas. Será mi primera opción en mi siguiente viaje a Buenos Aires!

All good, everything indicated in the ad is included, hosts are responsive, the place is clean, quiet and well located, internet works good, has a washing machine. Maybe another type of glass in the bathroom window or some curtain would be better for privacy, but not a real problem for myself. Has a balcony with a nice view.

Carolina's responses were so prompt you would think she was living next door and not in Tampa. The apartment is beautifully appointed, lovely airy view and a terrace with seating to enjoy it. If there is time to spare, go down and enjoy the plaza, watch the kids on the swings and the merry go round, the dedicated athlete jumping over the picnic tables, elderly people meeting for walks and neighbours chatting and walking their dogs. A very authentic feel of a Buenos Aires suburb, and you can grab a coffee too. We spent six weeks in Carolina's apartment, including a heat wave, but the central air worked very well once we learned how to set it. The kitchen is equipped to cook a banquet, and the supply of linens for bed and bath is excellent. We hope to return to the comfort of Carolina's place, and the quiet and safety of the neighbourhood.

Javier is an excellent host. Always responsive and very friendly. He strived to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is nice and clean, and the location is great. Can accommodate up to three adults (or two adults and two young children) comfortably.

El departamento de Clara es muy hermoso y cómodo. La zona es super práctica para moverse por zona norte y para recorrer a pie. Se encuentra cerca del rio y de la estación de tren de Beccar. Es recomendable para una estadía corta y larga.
