Beautiful secure building with good friendly security, nice view walkable to convenience, store, and restaurants, beautiful views of the ocean

Definitely recommend this stay! We had some trouble with the keypad at check-in, David answered right away and helped us get into to apartment. The place was clean and the view is incredible! We enjoyed a couple of the local recommendations left in a folder by the host. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us where the community room and gym were. Only down side is the wifi was a little slow at night. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay!

Tamara was very accommodating and responsive when needed. Bags were difficult to get up three flights of stairs and unit was a little cramped with 5 people. Nonetheless, it is a great location on the beach and Tamara was a great host.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beth’s Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better it’s in a very safe neighborhood and just minutes away from everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. The cleanliness of the home was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the space feel fresh and inviting. It’s clear that Beth takes great care in ensuring a high standard for her guests. Beth herself was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and always ready to help if needed. She made sure I had everything for a seamless and enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and perfectly located place to stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again!

David saved us after another host in the area canceled last minute! He took time out of his night to arrange our late arrival with building security and was very responsive as we navigated getting there in the dark after a stressful day. The apartment was lovely and clean with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. Fans in each of the bedrooms kept us cool at night, even in August. Easy to walk down to the beach for a dip or duck into a beach club for a drink. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, as was the kitchen. We ended up running most of the dishes through the dishwasher before using them to get them completely clean, but that was our only minor note. Overall we had an awesome stay and will definitely reach out again next time we’re down south!

Nice place close to a local beach. Gated neighborhood 15 minutes drive from the center of Rosarito. John was lovely, made sure we had everything we needed.

We make frequent trips to Tijuana for medical treatments. Now that we have found Christopher's place, we hope there will always be a room available for our future visits. Christopher was extremely responsive to questions or requests and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Communication was quick and instructions were great. Our stay started by being greeted by security that walked us to our room, helped us with our baggage, and was always alert and attentive to what was going on. What an amazing view as we sat in the living room and looked out over the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It was chilly when we were there, but there were plenty of blankets on the beds, throw blankets around the unit, and space heaters that provided adequate heat to take the chill off the room. We will definitely plan on staying here again and have happily shared Christopher's information with many of our friends.

We loved our stay. It was perfect and relaxing. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Amazing view. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony. It has everything that you need. You can uber from there and also UberEats. We are definitely coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was amazing, Lucio was responsive. The place was close to nearby attractions. The complex is in a private area with security around which made us feel safe at all times. we would definitely go back!

Betsy has thought of everything. We had all we needed for our weekend stay and more! All of the cabinets are labeled so it was easy to find everything and her home was very clean. The views are stunning and the property grounds are immaculate and safe. The location is peaceful and perfect, within walking and driving distance to all of the wonderful local areas of interest that we like to visit during our trips to Baja. My husband, 3 year old, and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

My family and I stay for the weekend and it was a great stay. Everyone has ocean front view from all the rooms. We have access to a private beach! I will be staying there again!

Cristina’s place was wonderful! You truly feel at home from the first moment you walk in. The location is private and homely. There were times when we were the only people at the beach. Christina was super responsive at all times and met all accommodations. We will definitely be coming back!

This condo was extremely luxurious- more so than I thought it would be. The view was great and it was very nice sleeping with the sound of waves . We received this place spotless, so it seemed as if they have a cleaning crew that takes pride in making sure guests get what they pay for. Carlos, our host was very friendly and courteous that it made our stay even more enjoyable. He responded very quickly when I had questions, and he even recommended us some local spots to eat at . Would not recommend for larger groups that are intending to party, the building and residents definitely had a quiet relaxation type of vibe. Even so our 5 person group still enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and home away from home setting.

I have never before stayed at such an immaculately decorated Airbnb. Down to the smallest detail, it felt like a real HOME. Like someone lovingly spent time and effort to figure out the ideal layout, handpick the most comfortable furniture, and stock the place with not just the bare essentials, but whatever someone might need. Total bliss. Would definitely stay again!
