El lugar es muy seguro, y tienes prácticamente todo a tu alcance: Farmacias, restaurantes, centros comerciales, mercados, tiendas, Taquerías, y si quieres disfrutar una película, ahí dos ubicaciones muy cercas , todo esto lo tienes al alcance caminando, El encargado del apartamento, Jorge, es muy amable ,atento y tiene mucha paciencia a todo lo que necesites el tiempo que estés ocupando el apartamento, Cualquier cosa que se necesite o pregunta el está siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, sinceramente te ase sentir cómodo y como en casa, Les recomiendo si algún día visitan Tijuana ,quedarse en este apartamento sería muy buena opción.

Accurate description, very clean and beautiful views!!!! That was the best part! Host provided great instructions, very easy to find. Felt secure and conveniently located to places. It’s also super close to the border.

This place was just gorgeous overall. The photos really don’t do justice to this place. I loved everything about it. Especially the privacy this place had, a lot of other units here don’t have the privacy like Juan’s place. And the kitchen amenities had described they had oil, salt and pepper, which they didn’t and not a lot of cooking supplies but other then that this place was just amazing and will definitely be coming back in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

This place is in a great location and there’s lots of things to do around. It’s right across from a mall and the building is new with great amenities. The only downside is that the elevators are always broken, most of the time there’s only one working and there’s a constant flow of repair people in and out. The gym is really big and they do have free laundry, which is a big plus. I would recommend staying here for short days.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

I had a beautiful stay! The area is safe, with many stores and restaurants just across the street. The place is quiet with great views, and I really enjoyed it. However, the pool had been closed for a long time, according to the security guard, and there were some minor cleaning issues. Other than that, everything was perfect!

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

I’ve stated a few locations in Oceana. This is by far my favorite. The view is beautiful. It is fully stocked with everything. You can imagine it has TVs that actually work had condiments working appliances complete set of dishes, silverware, and anything you could think of there were extra blankets and it was very clean, I felt safe and right at home. I’ve stayed in bigger units but I’ll sacrifice space for fully stocked any day of the week. I highly recommend this and this host.

I decided to use Airbnb first time, (I’d been in hotels that were too expensive and surprisingly grimy/dingy/few amenities). I discovered this safe and quiet neighborhood (Madero), and relocated. I am so glad I did! I had an issue on the first night where the heater did not work. Jose responded right away, and brought me a space heater the next morning (and had it repaired quickly). The space needs a deep clean. However, I am at the highest level of cleanliness. The dishes were spotless, the drawers were all clean and there were no fingerprints on the cabinets-Most people would probably describe this as “very clean,” but I personally would only give it five stars if every detail was perfect. The area is peaceful, the bed is comfortable and the sheets are soft, there are extra sheets and pillows and blankets, lots of seating and a good amount of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials. The view was lovely, and the security staff is wonderful! I’d definitely stay here again:)

Great place to stay in a safe and secure private community. Nice big house and close to the strip. Would definitely recommend if you want privacy, peace, and quiet while still being close to the strip.

Tony’s home exceeded our expectations. We had a great time and felt very at home. Will definitely stay again when I head back to Mexico! 🫂🤝🏽

Stayed at Raul’s for Baja Beach Fest 2024 with my friends and he was a great host. He sent me restaurant recommendations, connected my large group with a taxi van for all three days (ask for Ramon taxi van, he kindly picked us up at 3:00-4:00am and accommodated my large group) who was also great and responsive. Location was close to the festival, convenient, secure, and easy to get in and out without having to rely on a key or one person as our group would get home at various times. Would highly recommend staying with him for Baja Beach Fest 2025 if you have a large party!

Ignat’s place was great! It was very clean with nice furniture and decor. The complex was very dog friendly which we appreciated. The pool and gym areas were fantastic, but the pool wasn’t heated. We were there for 2 weeks and the home had everything we needed- the office was especially nice to have! Ignat was very easy to communicate with

Very nice home, very clean! Can easily accommodate 13 guests. Enough restrooms for large groups. Large groups can get ready for a night out without having to waste much time waiting for a shower. Very safe and private area. Would definitely book this place again.

Love the environment, everyone was friendly and very peaceful neighborhood. The house was in great condition and lots of spices if you would want to make food for your stay. Francisco was understanding and answered your questions quick
