Second time staying here, and it is always a pleasure. The last time I stayed, I offered a few suggestions in terms of the unit and instructions, and I was happy to see they had been applied. The unit is very comfortable with lots of open space. The Projection TV is an awesome perk, and made watching the NCAA tournament fun with my family. It is a studio, so no private bedroom, but perfect for a couple for the stay. But the open space lent itself well to a quiet gathering with 7 adults, in our case. Awesome gated patio in the front! Easily walkable to anything anyone would need. I highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment in a great building with amenities! Make sure you try Choi’s downstairs for an excellent dinner and happy hour.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Our stay was so enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and neat. It had a majority of the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and calm even with businesses and schools near by. The private parking spot was a major plus! Do be aware that if you own a car longer than a crosstrek, it may not fit. Also, getting to see two adorable kitties(neighbor’s) made the stay even better. Would definitely book again!

It was our first in San Diego. My husband had a conference at the convention center. I was surprised when we arrived that we were right at the edge of the Gaslamp District and the tram. Great restaurants within a few minutes walk and the rest of the city a few stops away. The appartement was impeccable and the view spectacular! Charlotta was friendly, helpful and very prompt to reply. I’m looking forward to go back to San Diego and will certainly try to rent this apartment.

Nice place. Good location away from the busyness of Rosarito

My husband and I loved our stay in San Diego! Would love to return in the future! The view from Clayton’s listing allowed us to watch the Rodeo live on the big screen from Petco Park. We initially were visiting for the Rodeo but only got tickets for the final day however, we were able to watch the previous days from the living room.

Michael and Diane were great hosts and so responsive to everything we needed. The water ran out and Diane went and got us two big containers of water. Great stay and if you're looking for a fun outdoors this is the place! The bunk bed has a single on top a double on the bottom and the trundle is a single also. It was great for my family of four. The beds/mattresses are very firm and not very comfortable for us, and were the only thing I would want different about this stay. Also, Michael and Diane live in the attached living space behind this property, so very easy to reach.

Great house in Chula Vista, relatively close to DTSD. Chris was a phenomenal host, with ice cold drinks to great us as we arrived. The house was fun and perfect for our group of 9 guys, we all had a place to sleep and hang out. The house had everything we needed, plus a whole lot more (sun block, ear plugs, bug spray, cold glasses, cooler, etc). The only complaint from one of the guys, was softer toilet paper, lol. Thank you again!

Wow!!! This place is amazing, the house was well equipped , beautiful and clean ! The games room was so much fun and the cinema room was such a treat ! What amazing hosts and an amazing stay! Thank you!!!

What a fantastic getaway! Robert and Maria pay attention to detail & design, and the quality of the apartment, jacuzzi and upper deck gets an A++. Having off street parking is a bonus especially with an electric gate, keeping your vehicle safe. We've been to many Airbnb's and I typically do not use the barbecue or cook anything in the kitchen because of what the utensils or BBQ may look like (not cleaned well), BUT everything here was squeaky clean & worked! A two person shower, heated towel rack & walk in closet were a bonus and of coarse we LOVED the upper deck area, it's really quite impressive 😊. We've already told friends and will most definately come again ourselves 👍

The place was nice and the location wasn’t too far from where we wanted to be or do at anytime. There is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood

Barb’s cottage in the garden was perfect for our family of 3. There was plenty of space, a great kitchen, and beautiful garden. Barb was responsive, although with clear directions, there wasn’t much to ask about! My only issue is that this was listed as a one bedroom, and turned out to be a studio. That being said, it’s CLEAR in the pictures that the bed is in the same space. I just have mom brain I guess. It didn’t impact our ability to put our toddler down and get away, so all in all, this was a great stay and we’d do it again!
